Extra Shots? Hazelnut Coffee

My wife and some neighbors have fallen in love with Hazelnut Coffee that we have been getting from a local B&M (not sure who makes it for them). I am trying to create a clone of it.
The bottle says that they are using two extra shots. How much is typically in an "extra shot?"

Also, if anyone has a recipe they are willing to share, would love to try it...

"Extra shot" is a relative term. Some flavors can benefit from adding more, some can become overwhelming, and some can become flavorless. I think it has become more of a marketing term from vendors. If you are making your own version of it, I would say make a few small samples, let them steep, and have your wife and neighbors try them until you make one the way they like it.

Given use of the term, 'extra shot', I'd guess your vendor is using mount baker Vapor's 'Hazelnut Coffee' with 2 extra flavor shots:

An extra flavor flavor shot or double flavor shot was a marketing ploy used to give the suggestion that you could dilute it by half and not loose flavor doubling the amount of your juice. I usually found this not to be the case.

Interesting, I followed the link to the Mount Baker product and the photo shows coffee beans, hazelnuts, cinnamon and chocolate. May just be a marketing photo. Wife says she doesn't taste any chocolate in it....
The last batch we picked up doesn't indicate any extra shots and looks a little lighter in color...

If it's fresh it may need to steep a while. Chocolate takes a long time for the flavor to come out. (3 - 4 weeks)
