I am purchasing a provari this coming week. I have a cart saved and ready to go. I have a provari, an extension cap, and a ego adaptor. I thought I read here on ecf that you could purchase a second year of warranty. if so, how do you add it on the website ? I am thinking I must have over looked it somehow.
Thanks.

I have never bought the extra year warranty and I have owned 4 Provaris...

Here the deal it cost $25...... Most likely you will never use it.....
Below is the list---cost of repairs from Provape:

Standard Service Repair Costs
Replace Window and screws- $10.00
Replace Tube - $40.00
Replace Circuit Board - $65.00
Upgrade to V2 - $20.00
Replace plastic pushbutton - $5.00
Repairs to the circuit board - $25.00.............This is the same cost as the extra warranty
Cleaning - $10.00
Replace top cap - $15.00
Broken Cartomizer Service - $10.00

Repairs dont cost that much and you do have the first year covered...
Most problems will pop up during the first 90 days.... Provaris are bullet proof, rarely do you see a problem....
Save your money.......

Thanks for the insight.:) That was pretty persuasive.
Another question...Why the price difference between silver and the others ?

I was actually curious as to why the price difference. Extra coating ? Something else ?
I actually like the look of the silver one best, just curious.

Just noticed you are in st louis. Where about ?

Heres the deal Im OCD about my mods...never drop them, always carry them in a SuperT felt bag when leaving the house...
So I had 2 Black Satin Provaris and 1 Black Satin Mini Provari....All 3 Black Satins developed small scratches/marks over time..
Only as big as the dash between the Parentheses ( - ) but they all will develop a few small marks...if that does not bother you then the colors are ok...
I sold them all and own a Satin Silver Provari... no finish to wear off as its a Satin blasted Stainless Steel finish....

Where did the information about replacing the tube for $40 come from? I saw the rest on provape's contact us/faqs page, but nothing in regards to tube replacement. I have a black/blue mini 2.5 that needs a screen window but while it is in I would like to switch the tube to silver satin.

Opened a repair ticket today to send in a black mini for a new tube and window and I was told Provape is NOT replacing tubes at this time nor will they be in the foreseeable future; no reason given, just not interested in helping. Man I hate this black paint. Guess I will have to look for a trade or try my hand at brushing.
