Opened a repair ticket today to send in a black mini for a new tube and window and I was told Provape is NOT replacing tubes at this time nor will they be in the foreseeable future; no reason given, just not interested in helping. Man I hate this black paint. Guess I will have to look for a trade or try my hand at brushing.

Really!? I am quite surprised to read that provape is not willing to replace your provari's tube, at your own cost, when they would replace everything else.
