I went to Dallas and looked for tobacco shops and they were all Cigar Shops! Should I look for Vapor shops?

Ok...Looks like the DCV is 3.8 on both batts and the Ohms is 2.9. Does that sound right?

That sounds like about the Most Common Set-Up out there.

Your Battery is referred to as a “3.7volt Battery”. It actually might come off the Charger at around 4.1 volts and then Gradually go down to around 3.5 volts or so before it needs charging.

Some batteries will output a Fixed Voltage no matter what the Charge of the Battery is. This type of Battery is called Regulated.

2.8 Ohms for that type of Clearomizer is right in the Middle. Not Really Hot. Not Really Cool.
