Folks,
Don't we have bigger things to worry about, more important issues to consider, bigger fish to fry (so to speak) than whose mod is bigger, whose equipment is better, who gets more vapes to the gallon, and on, and on, and on.
After all, keep in mind, it is Shark Week. Happy Shark Week all......

Doesn't make you a bad guy unless you advise people to not buy the product based on your experiences.
Anyone willing to speak up in the face of opposition is someone to be respected.Yes I totally get that.. which is why I think its especially important to speak up on threads that are overwhelmingly positive... So people can hear the flip side of the coin. I've never started a topic to say I've hated anything, or advise anyone not to get it. But I've been vocal about my bad experience with some very popular things, and what I had to say was not very well received. Sorry I can't always agree with the general consensus but I fail to see why this makes me the bad guy.

Provided, of course that they are of honest opinion without ulterior motives.
But I'll respect anyone who stands up against the fannys, regardless of their motive.
Fannys annoy the hell out of me.

Indeed. But I look at it as just stating a different opinion rather than speaking up against something. Nothing wrong with stating an honest opinion, whether it's the same or different as the people you're speaking to. But it's still just one opinion, holding no more or less importance than the other opinions stated.
It rarely turns into an issue if someone is stating a differing opinion (from my experience). Most people here seem to be able to handle dissenting opinions like adults. If people do make an issue of a different opinion, it may be that the way it was stated rubs people the wrong way, moreso than the act of stating a differing opinion. Or if an opinion stated is so far off from how the people you are speaking to see it, they may speak up strongly. Or it just may be you spoke your opinion to a bunch of asshats that don't like to hear differing opinions, but that's a situation I haven't ran into much around here.

I spend a lot of time in the FastTech thread, an example of this is the Evod clones. The large majority of people who comment on them does so favourably, a minority advise the issues they have had with them, then one or two jump in randomly to tell everyone "DO NOT BUY THE EVODS EVERYONE"

There is so much variety out there it is a shame to pigeonhole yourself to just one thing. It's an e-cig, not a cult or gym membership after all.
This is true. I tried to get into the YMCA by showing my e-cig. The guy at the counter said; it's an e-cig, not a gym membership. It turns out it's also not a library card nor a certified check. Maybe I need a ProVari.

I want to try them all! I've never met a vape I didn't like.

You aren't the bad guy.
Sometimes people on certain threads prefer to 'kill the messenger.'
Common sense tells us that not everyone will LOVE every product.
Experience tells us that the forums are filled with the entire spectrum of personalities,
so verbal attacks of personal opinions are not surprising, either.
Ah, well....

Well... How does this differ from posting a great review which prompts someone to buy it and then they end up hating it?

Sports were designed to provide an outlet for the any latent fanboy tendencies.Oh, you meant fanboys in the e-cig community?
