Wouldn't this mean that smelling a hot bowl of soup in a restaurant would be illegal? Would you have to wear scuba gear in the sauna? Wait... isn't air a "substance"...?

Do we really pay these knuckle-heads?

Fark is a little slow. That article is from back in January. The bill already passed.

All it really does is make it illegal to vape in the same places where it is illegal to smoke. Of course, since vapor has almost no odor, it is so easy to hide that the ban means nothing. As long as you're discrete, you can get away with vaping pretty much anywhere.
