I know this is too late for you but MaddCatt Vapors is really fast. I am in Texas and got an order from them in 4 days. I was shocked. It is decent juice too. They also run some awesome specials every month AND send a sample on top of the specials pricing.

Been my experience that Mt.Baker Vapor is amazingly fast. just my 2 cents.
