FastTech is no longer using Hong Kong Post for US orders now...14 Nov 2014

To ensure quick shipping, fasttech is no longer using Hong Kong Post.
US orders are now routed via the same service provided by Singapore instead of Hong Kong Post.
Delivery times will be more consistent across the board.

Good cause my order is in limbo for the last month.
fasttech has been hit hard with this.
Lots of orders held up in Hong Kong
No more orders from me until these
last two orders are cleaned up

Yeah, they posted that right after my orders were accepted to the Hong Kong Post. I've been waiting since 11/4.

well yer in luck, because FT just got back (Nov 18) all the SG Post shipments to the US and are now reshipping them via HK Post LKXXXXXXXHK, because SG Post was a mess and using old tracking numbers of previously delivered shipments..

Tracking Problem Of The US Orders Shipped Via Singapore Post

Since Singapore Post is unable to fix these problems. We've got the packages back and will resend them via Hong Kong Post. An email will send to the customers with the new tracking number in 24 hours.

Because of the unstable processing of Hong Kong Post. We've swapped the US orders from Hong Kong Post to Singapore Post for a few days ago.

But we've noticed that there is two big problems with this service provided by Singapore Post. The main one is the tracking numbers in their system are all mixed up, they gave the tracking numbers which are already used to us. We've checked the tracking information of all orders we shipped during the past few days, there is at least 50% of the orders are shipped with the used tracking number which already shown delivered / Transporting on the tracking site.

I decided to try a small order with Fasttech just to check it out, and it's been showing as "accepted" in Hong Kong since 11/6. When should I dial 911, write my congressperson, yell "Fore!", hold a press conference or otherwise start freaking out?

track it with 17track[Together Tracking], International Registered/Parcel/EMS/Express Tracking System if no movement off accepted in the next few days, open a "ticket" at fasttech in the my account and orders area or support area....they will look into it..if batteries or eliquids in your order, don't expect to get them..but U could get very lucky..HK post shipping is tough on that..

Singapore Post fixed the bugs. US orders will ship via Singapore Post starting 11/22/2013. We'll double check the tracking numbers they provided to avoid the same problem happen again.

What if 17track says it is getting sent back to sender but usps tracking says accepted. I only ordered a m16 clone so i do not know what the deal would be with HK post. I have ordered at least five things with fasttech with no issues.

HK Post whenever they see something suspicious or odd during a scan, they set it aside and open it, and they put it in "return to sender" status during that...ocassionally they return items that they shouldn't...but also many times, the package will go forward to the delivery address and the destination...so wait a day or 2 and see what happens on both trackers..17track.net and USPS....don't be surprised if it has HK Post wrapping and some torn envelope taped over when U get it..

Alright thanks i wasnt sure if it was the norm for me to still get the package even if it was labeled "return to sender". I saw someone else post that they still received their package even though it said that at first. Thanks for the reply

One of my order trackings goes directly to Sing Post and the other is FT's, with a picture of the package ..... ??

nick..just track it with www.17track.net ...FT always takes a picture of your package and puts it with your order as proof that they gave your order to a postal/shipper...

Oh ok .. thanks for that info ... I actually went back and used the site you mentioned, and one apparently hasn't left but is ready (the pic) the other in transit.
I suppose I'm not in a hurry for it all, but I will def weigh out the shipping time b4 ordering again. As long as they get here, right ? Lol

at 17track[Together Tracking], International Registered/Parcel/EMS/Express Tracking System, U must read and click on the DETAILS on the far right down below where all the info is...that's gives u more info...its china , so expect 15-20 days before U see it at your mailbox..and since U are in the USA and its a recent order , they are all now shipped SG Post and they are not very good with doing tracking updates..so don't be surprised if one day it just appears at your door but tracking still shows Singapore...once U see "Despatched Overseas" then U know it will be there usually within a week..
