Fasttech mini RTA - Airflow

I just got this from fasttech:

Got a pretty good build on it for my first try. Put the thing back together and filled. Let it sit. And when I went to try it out, there was no airflow. As in none. In looking at it, I can't see where air would come from. No holes at the bottom. No screws to loosen. No valves.

This is my first rta, so maybe I'm missing something? Help?

I think you need to adjust via the black ring at the bottom. it's a erl clone if I'm not wrong
