Nah! Never been a lover of brass.
It was made by an Italian "TB Mods", I have only found any reference to them on an Italian forum, bought it through the classies on UKV and it's not a Compass but a Wind Rose [Rosa dei Venti], Midlands Vaping used to sell them, just found them here as well:
