don't know if those that like to play have found a way of rebuilding the pre-built coils

I put a rebuilding link up the other day OR you can just pull the cotton, dryburn and rewick as shown by Vic Mullen on Y.T

Have you actually got one?

Haven't Bob,a big part of me thinks "i can't be arssed with the messing about on the computer:laugh:"

But if they are as good as reports say i'll probably fall for one.

Yes, think that was the one that was a bit of messing about to recoil, but not too bad to rewick.

Just rebuilt my black Velocity dual coil, 6 wraps 24g Titanium came out @ 0.09 ohm to put on the Black Hot Cig, got to make some adjustments as it is not firing it under the Titanium Profile, but will with the normal Nickel Profile, you don't have to mess about with the software, but there are a few things that you can only do with it, like flipping the screen, and adding in your own themes.

Have you actually got one? If not then the two I suggest are the HCigar VT200 from a UK vendor or the HotCig DX200 (on FT as the D-N-A 200 expected 05/11) both are quite good and about the same height as the VT40.
Just be aware people are finding the vt200 battery isn't as advertised so if you're thinking of getting that instead of another because of the bigger 1300mah battery then maybe it's not such a pro, actually comes out at about 11wh I think not like the 13 or 14 it should.

Loving the dna 200 except for the battery life. The 10wh battery in my lavabox just about gets me a day sometimes but it all depends obviously on how you use it.

Lavabox gets a thumbs up from me though except for the fact the manufacturer didn't run a case analysis and you might have to set your battery up yourself as the info on mine came wrongly entered, easy fix though. The fire button doesn't bother me at all like some have said is a downside to it.

Got my Uwell RBA up and running earlier, i will try not to be biased but it puts the stock coil to shame. I did 8 wraps @ 3mm and it shows 0.15. Set the D2 @ 420° and 35 joules and it really hits the spot. Still not over keen on the triple 6 juice though

How much wicking did you put in, I tried mine with just the pre-built coil 0.31ohm but it kept pi**ing out juice through the airholes, think I may not have put in enough cotton

Just wicked like i do all my builds Bob, with just a little bit of resistance when pulling the cotton through. You need really short tails as well. :)

Think that was where I went wrong cut the tails too short, will give it another try, when one needs a new coil again.

I need a flavor chasing tank with disposable coils. I'm considering the kabuki but I can't seem to find any videos of anyone actually Vaping and most comparisons are to the nautilus. Can anyone recommend a tank that uses disposable coils. Isn't made for subohm and tastes really good? Authentic or clone from fasttech are both fine. Small chimney diameter is a must. Ofnt comes with a big drip tip it's almost guaranteed not to be what I'm looking for.

Well, after 10 days in Croatia I'm back and fully restored. I hope that you're all well - and especially that Pictor continues to improve.

Took iStick 50w, 20w and Smart20 with me and had no trouble vaping. Hotel chaps were fine with it - and so a happy holiday was had by me and the missus. Mind you, it's bound to be happy when the hotel keeps you topped up with free Jack Daniels ad lib! And they did a lovely beef carpaccio....mmmm!

Beyond Vape's Silo range - takes Nautilus or Atlantis coils depending on which Silo you get as well as their own coils, you can use your own Drip Tips so can use a narrower one, and they are based over there so might be cheaper for shipping or store near you:
