Like everything else, everyone has different tastes and opinions.
In other forums people have said they really like cotton bacon and others say they hate it.
I was reading up on Muji cotton and when I looked
through other forums some say they like it and others have said they hate it.
We all have different tastes and that is why I want to try different wicking materials to see which ones I like.
That's the best way to go! I've gone through a fair bit and I'll probably buy some fiber freaks. The issue with that is I can't find it to purchase where there isn't a ridiculous shipping fee. Stick it in an envelope and mail it to me for a quarter. $5 shopping for wick. Hah!
Let's talk about coils for a minute
I've recently started going back
To the good old fashioned micro coil. Far too
Many people refer to
Coils as Micro coils despite the coils in questions size. I've switched to proper micro coils lately and I had forgotten how good they taste. Barely large than a toothpick. Can hold almost no cotton but they're chucking. Clouds and flavor is amazing. I'm not sure when or why j started making 2.5mm coils as my default but 1.5mm seems to be more flavorful and create more vapor - albeit with slightly more power.
Also a few of my
tanks I started wicking with mesh. It's a bit of a pain to build or rather a bit more time consuming. In using #500 or #400 I think with 90% vg. Can anyone tell
Me The relationship between weight and vg percentage? Is it higher the vg the lower weight? Or higher vg higher weight? The mesh k bough was somewhat expensive for what it is. But I did get s large sheet of it ($10)
The flavor seems perfect with mesh. Not too many
tanks seem to work well with it due to the need For a relatively straight wick. The gem works pretty well
Do any of you use mesh now? And what about proper micro coils? If you haven't made one in ages give a 1.5 mm 10 wrap coil a shot. I really had forgotten how good the old Kayfun with that build was.
