Yesterday I picked one up at Norman Vapes...OKC Vapes sister. It wasn't until I got home and built a coil that I noticed it wasn't sitting straight. Hmmm I must have done something wrong but looking it over I couldn't find anything...the air flow ring was really loose and spun around everytime I used it. Except for the tilt and the AFC ring this thing is awesome when it comes to flavor and TH...it isn't a cloud machine but that is why I bought it.
Trying to figure out what was wrong I noticed the gap on one side at the bottom. I then took the coil off and tightened down the screws. With effort it finally set flat but then the ring AFC ring wouldn't spin. I "equally" loosened up the screws and started to put on another coil....it was then that I realized the screws to connect the coil were the very same that held the device together! Everytime I was changing a coil it was loosening the entire atty.
It was then that I started looking for answers and on OKC Vapes site under the reviews 6 out of the 12 comments said they had the same issues! Ohhh how I kicked myself for not doing my homework first...the only thing I had seen was Todds review and a few post about the flavor it produces.
I have tried and tried to put a coil on it AND get it to set flush to no avail....When you do get it set up it works great but I can not get over it being crooked...a $85 atomizer should be made far better than this.
I thought I would ask here to see if anyone else has come up with a fix before I try to get my money back....the only thing I can think of is to use some kind of clamp to hold it before loosening the post screws.
Thanks for listening to my gripeing!!!
