I have emailed them twice now, and it's been several days and still no response. I'm going to wait until Tuesday, and if they still don't respond I will be calling their storefront.

Don't wait, you should call them first thing in the morning. They should be open. I remember I had sent them an email, just a simple question, and they never bothered to reply even to this day. Talk about customer service!

Wow that IS horrible customer service. Thanks for the heads up, I'll call them tomorrow first thing!

Okay just got off the phone with okcvapes. They were tremendously helpful and apologetic for the situation and I'm definitely not the first to report it, they tell me. So I'm sending it back and they are going to upgrade the unit to the newer design that actually has posts, free of charge. Also told me that they would send new wick and wire for the inconvenience. I'm a happy camper, and I cannot wait to have it back!

Nice! Do you mean they are doing a terminal upgrade? I've been wanting to do that to mine to make it a little easier.

See that is what I emailed them about and they never replied. Im going to give them a call and talk to them about it.

Mister E is just a liking kind of guy lol.

I bought a v2 through the classifieds and there was no metal washer... it was finicky and I couldnt figure out why... well, the coil was melting the delrin and then losing contact.... I put a small washer on but then the terminal wouldnt make contact on my provari.... hmmmm

Solution... shaved all delrin out and now works perfect.

Question... does anybody know how/where to buy new posts for these? upgraded posts??

i always like hearing RBA success stories. good stuff. glad youre running well, ive had my share of issues, and im sure i havent seen the end of them.

glad that OKC was helpful. when i needed to contact them, i used a combination of emails and calls. my first email was replied to very quickly, but not the second email, so i resorted to phone calls and they were very helpful.

FYI Mr.E "likes" every post he reads. its his way of tracking what hes read and what he has not read.

OKCVapes will upgrade for you. You have to send it in and I think it's like $25 or something, but I'm not sure.

Yes they're helpful when they finally contact you!!

Just a bit of FYI. Now that I work at a vapor shop I really do understand why sometimes it takes so long to receive a message. I never dreamed it would be so busy. Please be paitent with whoever you deal with. After all these people are only human.

I would agree with this if I hadn't been vaping for 5 years and never had an experience with this from all the vendors I've been through except for OKCvapes. If 40+ other vendors are quick in replying, and then 1 vendor takes 3 weeks to do anything, then I say that that vendor needs to figure out their communication issues, because the industry standard is leaving them in the dust.
