Tobacco + Vanilla + Caramel = basic Ry4 type mix. One of my favorites.Hey guys, looking to get into DIY juice at the last minute. I have been vaping Heather's Heavenly Tobacco ONLY for about two years... so I'm looking for a really tasty RY4. I'll scroll through 155 pages if I have to but hopefully someone can help out.
I think I might agree with your friend, you might be on to something like Wakonda. I found FA Tiramisu to be a very powerful flavor that can overtake a recipe pretty easily. You're right in only using 0.5%, but I still think the coffee flavor would be pretty noticeable. I do have everything but the Dark, maybe I'll have to try this recipe out with the Captain Jack for Pipe I have and see how this works. Thanks for the recipe.I think I've finally stumbled upon my first original juice that makes me go
I can't promise this won't have some slight revisions but, I'm nearly certain it's 90% of the way there.
"Odyssey"
2% INW Dark for Pipe
1% FA Jamaican Rum
1% INW Shisha Vanilla
.5% FA Tiramisu
.5% FA Butterscotch
1 drop EM per 10ml
I've tested this less the butterscotch for the past 2 weeks. Once it hit the 2 week mark, more or less fully steeped I presume, it was absolutely amazing. Everything blended very nicely while leaving the tobacco very much so at the forefront. Rum was the second strongest note, with vanilla just accenting everything and the tiramisu, while not directly noticeable, adding depth and "darkness" to the mix. In terms of room note, my partner likened it somewhat to Wakonda, which I found sort of odd - I guess the coffee comes across more in smell than taste. Either way, I loved that feedback.
I just mixed up another batch with the addition of butterscotch. I think it may be the final piece to the puzzle. Will further smooth out the ashiness of the dark pipe, while accenting the rum quite nicely. Sampling it fresh and it's absolutely delicious, but time will tell.
I may need to make very slight percentage adjustments here or there but, I think all the flavorings have found their home in this mix. And indeed it may be the final product.
Anyone who wants to try this, please do and give me feedback on what you think of it and what could be done better.
Whats most interesting to me is how the rum and coffee flavor are so awesome together. If this winds up being a good vapein the same vein as wakonda, im sooooo happyI think I might agree with your friend, you might be on to something like Wakonda. Unless I missed something, that seems to be vape ready e-juice. For extracted tobacco flavors I'd suggest Hangsen and some Inawera. Some of my favorite tobacco flavors are from the SC (super concentrated) line, available at Bull City and several other vendors. I'm not sure, but I think they must be extracted flavors as well because I don't see how they could get them that good any other way. What has anyone heard or tried from Blacknote? According to one of the DIYers (SmokinJoe, I think) he really likes them. I have not mixed yet, still gathering the details since I am a total newb to this!

I'll have to admit that I haven't stocked up as much as I should, with a stash of only 1L of 48mg from MFS to start on once my present supply (about 50ml of 100mg) runs out. That could be right, JD. I am totally new to all this, so trying to catch up before the Feds muck things up like they do everything else.
Your mention of rum and coffee reminded me that I like those flavors as well, so on to my list they go lol. This chasing flavors is never ending isn't it?Whats most interesting to me is how the rum and coffee flavor are so awesome together. For anyone who hasn't tried this yet - you should. Love the complexity of this mixture. Not one flavor over-takes the other...very rich feeling as well. The addition of the butterscotch was brilliant! I'm so use to caramel in everything - and well...because caramel is fabulous - but the butterscotch is the just right dark-sweetness that brings this mixture to the next level.I think I've finally stumbled upon my first original juice that makes me go

Ask, and ye shall receive.
A long while back, I talked with Brendan at Flavorah about adding more tobacco flavors to the Flavorah lineup; whether or not he was planning that addition in the future. He assured me, even though he's not a tobacco guy, he was eventually going to boot out more tobaccos. He kept his word.
I've been sent the 5 prototype tobaccos to test batch and review. Right now, they are simply labeled Prototype Tobacco #1,2,3,4 and 5.
I have no clue as to what tobacco flavor profiles exists in each one of these bottles. To date, I've never done a blind taste test with any concentrates. This should prove to be fun and challenging.
The new flavors are steeping away at the present, but I'll report back when all is said and vaped.
