Posting it elsewhere is a good idea but you're right, there may be legal issues. No matter who else may ppost a copy for play-back, all they could really do is send a C&D/take-down notice to the site owner. As long as the site-owner complies, I'm pretty sure there's really no other legal action that could be taken.
