I'm stocking up on juice/coils and the like. So if they do ban or regulate this stuff that it's so expensive that smoking will be cheaper. Every week I order 20 coils, and 5 30ml/24nic bottles of my adv, RY-4. I have 10 5ml PBC tanks so im good there. I might just buy another silver bullet and keep it in the closet. The 1 I have will prolly still be working when I'm dead. I only have had it about 15 months. But better to be safe than sorry :)

Yes, because electronic cigarettes and alcohol are exactly the same...

I think you're missing the point. They propose to ban ecig flavors because they say it targets the kids. The point the poster is making, if this were true wouldn't flavored alcohol also target kids.

The alcohol industry in the US is highly regulated. The e-cig industry; not at all. Do you understand the difference? Who is 'they'? The FDA? Where has the FDA said they will ban e-nic flavors because they target kids?

unless there is a extreme rethink on ecigs I wouldn't be surprised if flavors are controlled in the final rule.

As they are advertised? Maybe. As to what flavors are allowed? No, not by the FDA. Absolutely nothing of consequence will happen until the government sponsored studies have been concluded, which will be years and years...

Actually reading the proposals and understanding how the government works.

The fear mongering has been going on for years...

At the end of the day, Congress will step in. Congress doesn't do anything without research and investigation.

OK

What does your Crystal Ball say about Face-to-Face sales of e-Liquids?

It will be regulated like cigarettes. No free samples, ID required, placement behind the counters...

NJOY certainly wouldn't be betting their future with re-fillables and e-liquid, if they thought things would radically change...

Cigarettes can Not be Purchased on the Internet. So am I Correct that you do Not Think that e-Liquids will Either?

BTW - How is Njoy Betting their Future on Anything. They can Just as Easily Stop Selling Refillables and Sell Pre-Filled Cartos as Anyone.

I thought you were talking about face-to-face sales... Internet sales won't change, other than age verification at some point.

I stuffed my own for years and had no problem buying 'cigar' tobacco legally online...

I am Talking Face-to-Face sales Only. Because that is what is Very Likely to happen to e-Liquids. In any Form.

Why wouldn't it?

Yeah... You might have Rolled your Own for Years. But that was before the Deeming. Right?

Perhaps once their customers try the re-fillables they won't be able to or want to go back to the disposables. Offering a superior product then asking customers to settle for an inferior one later generally isn't good for business...

That all works Great if a Free Market. But do the Same Rules Apply in a FDA Regulated Market?

If Njoy wants to sell a Carto Tank, will they Need FDA Approval to do so?
