How big is your stash? I bought a 1000ml bottle of 100mg nic but am thinking I should get more.

Not big at all. I have 1/2 a liter of 100mg nic, and probably a liter or more of pre-made 12mg. I haven't been able to stock up like I wanted too. I'm not too worried. The ready to vape stuff I have will last me a year, more if I cut it with vg. I may try to scrape up the funds to buy a liter of 100mg though, just to be safe. I'm not worried about going back to smoking at this point. I'll vape 0mg before I do that, but I'll miss my nic.

Be interesting to see if this is true. Seems pretty quick to me....

Quick? The first salvo in this battle was fired in 2009 (by the FDA).

One could always substitute a piece of gum or a lozenge here and there for the nic fix, many ways to skin a cat. And then there is the time table for implementation of any regs passed. You should have some time to procure things if it looks really bad.

SJ is keeping an eye on everything and blogging it. Deeming Live blog | vaping.com

I am glued to my computer. It's almost like waiting for the Dr. to stick you with a needle. You don't want it but you know it is coming so we might as well get it over with. I so glad Oliver is blogging and I'll be monitoring the CASAA page as well.

I have a feeling I will have multiple tabs open today.

If you can, post links where you are keeping any eye on things for others to find them too.

The problem is, I don't want to give those .......s any money--not now, not ever. Period.

But there's always Swedish snus.

Well, i can only say good luck.
I am mostly following the news from Europe, and it's a nightmare down there. Since May/20 all import or export of ecigarettes (including mods, atomizer, coils and juices) is prohibited. Only thing that remains is flavors (but i can't see how would they prohibit such thing), so we are pretty much screwed up. It remains to be seen how the thing will play out, but at this point, i believe this is the end of the vape shops since most of the stuff comes out of Europe, and nicotine will become history if they put up their effort in it.
That was completely expected tho. While some were fighting to prove that vaping is way less harmfull then the smoking, others were playing with it, abusing and breaking all the rules by using them in places where they shouldn't.
Now noone will use it no more since there won't be any easy way to buy something.
Anyway, good luck with FDA ;)

If there were zero vapeholes, all of this still would have gone down.

Icludes 0 nic juice.
"We have slightly modified the definition of "covered tobacco products" from the notice of proposed rulemaking (NPRM) to clarify that components or parts that are "covered tobacco products" include not only those that contain tobacco or nicotine, but also those that contain any tobacco derivative (i.e., we have changed the NPRM definition, which excluded "any component or part of a tobacco product that does not contain nicotine or tobacco," to exclude "any component or part of a tobacco product that is not made or derived from tobacco" as stated in this final rule)."

I just reread this. there must be a typo. There excluding an exclusion if
I am reading this right. I have no idea what this means now.
Any idea's?
2nd edit. looks like 0 nic is ok depending on what there definition of a tobacco
product is."E-liquids that do not contain tobacco or nicotine or are not derived from tobacco or nicotine do not meet the definition of "covered tobacco product," as described throughout this final rule, and will not be required to carry an addiction warning or to submit a self-certification. In addition, we have added language to clarify that the warning statements on packages must be printed in at least 12-point font size to be conspicuous and legible."
