I can't get the video (of yesterday's hearing/meeting to play.

Regardless, e-cigs aren't an issue for the FDA's budget.

Rather, this appears to be two ANTZ Senators using a budget hearing to publicly lobby the FDA to propose/impose the deeming reg/ban on e-cigs.

Yes.. At about 25 minutes and 46 minutes are the biggest parts of the e-cig discussion. All about marketing to children.

Mr. Pryor is not quite as rabid about the issue as Senator Merkley is.

Sen Merkley is totally disgusting with his interpretation of how the e-cig industry is selling starter kits with 0mg and then allowing addiction by promoting the use of increased nic levels. Very backward thinking.
