US Court of Appeals has ruled that the FDA can not regulate electronic cigarettes as a drug!

tobacco companies aren't going to be very happy when they start losing millions upon millions when more and more people start making the switch, and they will. They have their cancerous paws in everything and will use all their leverage to bring down the ecig revolution. This fight has just begun as far as I see.
