FDA sued?

    They sued to prevent them from becoming classified the same as the patches & gum. Which would have placed them under FDA control.
    The courts ruled that they can't be classified as a NRT. So now the FDA is trying to have them classified as a tobacco product, which would also place them under their control.
    I guess if the can't get them deemed a tobacco product, next they will try to get them classified as a dog food.

    One thing you can count on: the FDA will keep trying until they can extract big bucks from the industry.

    NRT? But I'm not trying to replace nicotine, just exclude the 4,000 some odd deadly ones in cigarettes. I should of kept my mouth shut now they'll come up with a spiffy new acronym to cover that too. :lol:

    Oh they already got one;) THR = tobacco harm reduction.

    I prefer to leave "tobacco" completely out of it, and just call it HR = harm reduction, which is a Home Run in my book..

    Hey whats up guys first i wanna say sorry idk where i should post this but anyways so im always hearing that when the FDA regulations come out the they are first going too be sued and taken too court and what not but i dont understand that. who exactly will be suing them and what for? just curious thanks guys
