Geesh, it is simple, just make a replacement bottom cap that has a recessed screw on the bottom in the very center for adjusting the voltage. There shouldn't be any problems fitting what is needed in the bottom cap. Granted, it would be a little bit thicker, but would have the same diameter as the original bottom cap. This way it does not effect the over all appearance of the GGTS\AVS and can be used with the AVS

Note: If someone makes this, please do not interfere with the holes for the Baffle or vent holes on the cap as they are a Must for your safety

Also, put me on the list Lol

This thing works perfect for what you're talking about. 901 Terminator

Yeah..this was mentioned earlier in the thread...It makes the device too long and as others have mentioned interferes with the AFS. Either a modified end cap or another (small) modular section before top cap with control ring would work.

hmm... I don't know still a bit on fence about it... On the one side I don't want any electronics in my device, but then again I wouldn't mind trying what all the hoopla about variable voltage is about in practice... I understand the theory of it, and it is rather interesting.

If there is a point in defence of variable voltage it is that it offers more fine grained control of the voltage therefore offering many more permutations and possibilities than just matching atties and batteries does.

I think the idea with building it into the fuse or into the top portion of the pv with a control ring is rather elegant and keeps with the modular nature of the GGTS.

No reason to be on the fence urbanite. I imagine this to be an optional, modular, upgrade. Attach and detach as you see fit. Best of both worlds!!

Yep, that's true.

Concerning VV modules I've even thought about some round (like coin) modules with diameter 16-18 mm, and grainy resistance, like 0,2 0,5 1 and 2om for example, which can be inserted with batteries to lower power as needed. Probably it might be even not electrical by nature, just a material with appropriate resistance.

This is a great concept....I wonder if some kind of magnets could be used..you just stack them to reach appropriate resistance. It might not be as precise as a potentiometer..but it does retain the benefits of a totally mechanical solution.

Variable voltage is a very cool idea.... And I like the idea.... why? Because I dont have to change batteries and atomizers when I go from 3.7 to 6volts back down to 5 volts, or 7.4volts... ya know? It makes it so easy to change it up... Lets face it, certain voltages on certain atomizers preform different, and everyone likes it a lil different.... so VV makes it easy for EVERYONE...

I dont agree totally.....VV is a great thing, but it wont be for EVERYONE.... Many only vape one voltage....Many like to switch it up.... I mean, There is a demand for VV, but I am not totally convinced that people wont buy a product because of VV...

How many MOD makers are now doing VV? I know of one.... is there others?

Guys what I dont understand is there already is an upgrade called the terminator you can just screw on to the GG if you want variable voltage and another over at NHaler.com that will give you all of this variable voltage. I agree it is a nice feature heck who wouldnt say its not, I have a Tekkeon Variable voltage mod and have another bottom feed juice box on order that will be variable as well and its good stuff there is no doubt and if Imeo could add this feature as an end cap or have it like the CR ring as an adjustment ya it would be nice to have for sure, but it seems everyone wants everything new added to the GGTS everytime something new comes to market. I would personaly much rather see imeo come out with a totaly new Mod in a new style other than the same look as the GGTS and if he does this and added VV then that would be nice,! Imeo it looks like you just cant take a vacation without all your friends demanding more so get you .... to work buddy we cant have you out of the office for to long. Lastly I would place a bet that Imeo is already infront of all of us and has his next mod drawn in his mind and went on vacation because he already knows what he is building when he returns, anybody wanna wager me on this.?

Please, don't forget that VV today works by cutting voltage from 7.4v to the desired value. This means - stacking small batteries with not so impressive mah numbers.

Not quite sure i follow....don't we run those same battery configurations today for unregulated 6.0/7.4 volts? I think im missing something.

MWA...again, you are a mod collector and enjoy the satisfaction of having many different mods for many different moods..and that's awesome. If i had an endless supply of cash i would do that too...but that's not how i prefer to spend my money. I'd rather try new juices...or buy other things...or save for retirement..lol

The whole reason I bought the GG was to have the one best mod i could find. IMHO, flexibility is the key selling feature of the gg. I don't think I'm alone. It is clear that you find VV to be a compelling feature, you have not only stated so earlier in this thread, but you have bought at least a few mods already that have it.

Finally, the idea here is that it is optional if you don't want it...don't buy it. Also, the terminator is not compatible with AVS and it will turn the GG into a pole vault.

Ps. can you send me over some of the mods you're not using...I'll keep them warm

Like I've said before , the terminator doesn't work with the AVS. What juice feeder has VV?
Only the new The Precious. (510 only though)

MWA, you DON'T NEED TO BUY IT if you don't want it :)

Don't be "the gardener's dog" as we say in Poland :D - that is, let others have it, even if you don't want/need it :p

Sounds pretty awesome, any idea when it will be for sale?
