I posted this on the Modders forum, but thought that all the ladies would like to give their yay or nay on this one.

so here goes.........

All the mods I have seen look so manly (actually reminds me of phallic symbols)

What about the female market?

I challenge some of you to make a mod that would appeal to women but make men cringe......

Im sure if you build it, we will buy it!

Speaking for myself, something with a little more 'elegance' to it would be nice. Maybe it's a Mars/Venus thing. There's nothing wrong with the Li'l sister; it's apparently a very functional, convenient device. But it ain't purty. I like my eGo and RiVa; it looks sophisticated (IMO) and streamlined (IMO). I don't feel like I'm vaping off a tailpipe or a tissue box when I use it.

And I'm not knocking mods; I'm in the market for one or two myself just to take advantage of the battery life available. But I'm with Darkling that it would be nice to see something a little more "elegant" in the way of a mod (the Icon isn't too bad) offered. There are some that are at least offering their tailpipes in great colors and custom graphics so that we can try to transvestisize said tailpipes, so for now I guess we have to content ourselves with that.

True, but then it just ends up looking like this.

 ROFLMAO! I am sooooo glad I didn't have a drink in my hand just now SimpleSins. :D

Although, like Afubar, I too like power tools, hunting and fishing, I simply can't see myself with a mod, and no offense to our modders or the people who love their work, that even vaguely looks like a pipe bomb or a remote for a suitcase full of em. ;) I have very slim hands, and no matter how sexy a heavy duty tube mod looks being held by a male reviewer, I know it's going to look oversized in mine.

Unfortunately, the slimmest of the the lines, like the GG Slim, Spade, and Precise 10, all leave a bit of something to be desired in the battery life department; 600 mAh max compared to as high as 3000 for some of the larger mods. Now, I understand that we are limited by the width of the batteries, but it begs the question, why have more modders not designed around one like the 14650 @ 1300 mAh and with a sleeker body? Heck, I'd do one myself, even think I could figure it out in the electronics department, but I've never had any contact with machining so I'd be lost there.

Love the color.

Unfortunately once you remove the vodka it's just glass though still "elegant".

Unless the electronics are suspended in a water tight apparatus with a vent hole in the lid... All of the guts would have to be attached to the screw on lid and sealed.

Still do-able, AND you would have an emergency vodka stash:vapor:!

I'm with Afubar, who cares, it works the way i want, it can look like whatever it wants to look like. Said as I clean my "evil black rifle" after rattling off a couple hundred rounds at the range this morning. Also note that I bought a pink handheld GPS because it was on sale and pink was the only color left. Said GPS was painted camo upon arrival.
