The joke is on you BigJimW because ecigarettes are infact filters, they are the most effective filter possible, about 1000 times more effective than standard
cigarette filters.

So I get the last laugh and I effectively have cured the problem, you just change the name of the ecigarette to "electronic cigarette filter system" and you can make a laughing stock of the FDA and all the other groups of brainless idiots trying of ban them.

I will gladly take them to court myself and sue the asses off them

There is only extraction of nicotine from the tobacco leaf and mixed with water, PG/VG, etc.

Yes I can, the purpose of a cigarette is to deliver nicotine, there is no requirement for combustion, it is an undesirable side effects which electronic cigarettes filter out.
