Lately as opposed to refilling in onsies and twosies i've been doing about 30 or so at a time. I use a syringe and I just prep about 7 or 8 carts with the rubber ends , fill the syringe as full as it can get and fill as many as I can until the juice or carts are all gone :) . Does anybody have a creative solution to fill many carts at once ? Maybe we can discover some new ideas. Thanks .

I haven't heard of any unique methods to fill several carts at once. Most of us at V4L just fill for the work day. If I find some cool way I'll let you know. And keep me posted on your efforts too!

My creative method is to use a tank.

I agree. Using a tank does save you a lot of time when it comes to refilling. But they take some time getting used to. I've burned my fair share of replacement carts and spilled at least the equivalent to a few bottles of juice just trying to fill and refill.

Or you could use some Ego Mega 4x Cartos that hold 4.5 mls, no spilling (syringe), no burning. I guess it just boils down to how many flavors one would want to fill.

Where would you get something like that ? Tanks are great but they are kind of " Loud " sometimes. I'm no engineer but here is what I envison. Some type of board like jefferey said to place the carts into " like an ammo box " and another board that sandwiches into it with holes to place the juice in. Then you place one on top of the other and press down ( kind of like a french press ) using that compression to squeeze the juice down in. That way you could fill a bunch of carts at once and use whatever juices you want for each one. I think it would work , maybe ill make a drawing. Any engineers around ? Seriously.

It's messy, wasteful, and down right dumb, but you could pour your juice into a glass then drop a bunch of cartos and let them soak for 5-10min Blight sir. There will be leaking issues, a lot of juice wasted, but will fill a buttload of cartos in a short time.... :)

This is my usual method. :p

Agreed on the tanks. If I only had batteries that could keep up! Think I'm going to give the ol' EGO a try once they come back in. Maybe a nice sale to coincide......(hint hint nudge :))
