Hello all, I am having a problem completely filling carts with juice. I use LF and Juicy Vapor juice in VG and PG. I can drip about 4-5 drops and then juice pools on top. Top third is saturated and the bottom is dry. I allow 10 minutes for juice to drop but no dice. I also cut about a third of the material lengthwise to allow for more room. No improvement. All suggestions would be appreciated. 7-2.

It depends on *exactly* what cart or carto you are talking about,
If you are talking about a cart (cartridge), then you must pull out the filler before you can refill it fully by dripping - or use a syringe, as DW says.
A regular 510 cart holds 12 drops total, that is, 0.6ml. When refilling though you can't get anything like that amount in*, because the filler holds some / takes up some of the volume. The XL carts are bigger. Other models like an 801 also have a much bigger cart.
* unless you use the spring & plastic plug mod
Cartos (cartomizers) hold more. There are different ways of filling them, according to the type. Some take 2ml, which is a lot, comparatively.
