Finding the long inhale next to impossible.

Been trying this out for about two weeks. Like you I started with 36MgL, thinking it would keep me off smoke. When I hit it the back of my throat felt like nicotine overload (same feeling as chewing on a piece of nicorette, hot, numb sting...) and I would end up with coughing fits. I got some VG, some Johnson Creek 18MgL and cut my 36 in half, then added a flavor boost with the Johnson Creek (pretty bold flavor). No more numb in the back of my throat, and much deeper draws.

Everyone is different.

32 year 2 pack a day smoker, down to less than 1/2 pack a day after two weeks. With the right juice, I'll be able to add a smoke free counter to my signature by Thanksgiving!!!

Goodluck

I also could not do the long inhale and so I have to do three hits off my tornado and then inhale and try to exhale through my nose to absorb a little extra nicotine. I smoked for 25 yrs and vaping for about 7 weeks and now analog free since 9/22/10. I had to cut down slowly on the analogs. It really is a learning curve as to what works best for you.
