Got my Sidesho in the mail yesterday and it was quite possibly the longest day at work for me because I was so excited to get home and try it out.

First off, the instructions that come in the kit leave much to be desired. If I had not been reading here on the boards and doing research beforehand, I think I would be totally lost and frustrated

I took my atty's and blew them out then followed that up with a cleaning in Crest mouthwash like I have read here on the forums. Dried them off, blew them out, and primed them with a few drops of juice. Put on one of the pre-filled carts and a manual battery and took a hit. First few hits were nice and had a slight twinge of Crest to them, not at all bad. I was happy because there was no burnt taste like I had read about with a new atty.

Then the vape started to diminish and I didnt quite understand because there was a fresh cart on it. Took it apart and noticed that a piece of the foil was covering the tip of the atty, so I took a bobby pin and removed the foil completely from the cart. Put everything back together and the vape came back. Each hit was a little different though, some had good hit and vape, others did not. On the hits that didnt have a good hit or vape, I noticed that the juice was coming out the end and getting on my lips. Kind of a sweet and numbing sensation, which isnt bad, but no vape.

Kept messing around with it for an hour or two with mixed results and then my manual battery died, so I switched to my automatic. It hits just as smooth and as easy as my manual, however, I feel like I have to take a primer puff or hotbox it 2 times when I hit it to get the same amount of vape/throat hit as with the manual battery. With the manual battery, I can hit the button as I'm going to my mouth with the e-cig so it starts to make the vape a split second before I take a puff. With the auto, I just take a primer puff to get the same result.

But still, I'm getting a decent amount of juice out of the end of it rather than vape. It's about a 50/50 chance of vape or juice. I've found that dripping is waaaay better but that's not an option really until I pick up my juice order at the PO today. My juice and my Sidesho were delivered on the same day so the mail lady only left one of the boxes because my mailbox wasnt big enough for both. Good thing she left my Sidesho instead of the juice.

But the thing is, I can hear the juice gurgling in the pre-filled cart when I hit it but then no vape comes out. I've tried repositioning the filler inside so that it's wicking the atty better and it's still hit or miss. So far, dripping is working out best for me.

All in all, I'm happy with my Sidesho, it's just taking some adjusting and I'll need to mess around with some cart mods. I'm not floored like I was hoping I would be but I doubt that has anything to do with the product, I think it's just because I'm new to all of this and have to learn to vape.

And make no mistake, Tony is awesome to deal with. Talked with him on the phone for a bit before I ordered and he was very helpful and great to talk to. And he hooked me up with extra carts and plugs for sure. It's not every day that you get the chance to work with someone as awesome as him. His customer service is right up there with the best of them.

I'll update this once I have a chance to mess around with it some more. So far I've only had 2 analogs so it's definitely a step in the right direction. And they tasted funky too so that makes me happy.

make sure the inner cart is all the way pushed down inside the cart, sometimes the inner prefilled cart is not pushed all the way down in the packs I have noticed. Use a paperclip end to push it down as far as it will go, the sound of the gurgling means your cart is sitting higher than it should be.

Also, a easy way to remove the foil when you put on a fresh prefilled cart, twist the cart 270-360 degrees. You then take off the cart, you will see the foil wrapped around the tip of the atomizer, and then it will easly scrape it off with the end of the cart.
