Mine took exactly a week, but I know other people who got their Cobra's held up in customs for a couple of weeks. It's a crap shoot...
Of course I spent the savings buying a drip tip & cobalt tank...

Hey AG, have you toyed with a dual coil/wick setup on it yet? Being able to do so is what has me sold on the Cobra!! My only concern is the one airhole, would it affect anything since it would only be in front of one of the wicks?
I haven't set up duals on the cobra, but on my Orion I either point it at one wick, or in the middle of the two. I think a U wick would actually be best. Two coils can almost choke me out.

Just ordered the cobra, have been debating on it the past few days and finally pulled the trigger. Anyone else want to say how great it is so I can be more excited until it gets here, haha.
Let me know if my line if thinking is on. From what I have read the draw is somewhat tighter which is what I like, on a review of the z atty pro I saw them describe it as more airy so I decided against that one. Also with it being a smaller chamber it shouldn't be a cool draw? Anything else good to know before hand.
I have some 32 awg kanthal already, and some 36 awg kanthal on the way to hopefully get closer to a 3 ohm coil. I also ordered some ss 400 mesh with the other kanthal. From what I have read when that runs out will try to get ss 500 mesh.

Sounds like you have all of your supplies lined up nicely.

LOL, love the pic. Yeah just looking for and watching videos on oxidizing wicks. If you have any suggestions on good videos always appreciated.
Thanks for the response. Hoping as I read earlier in the thread mine gets here as fast as others and not held up in shipping.
Scott Bonner (igetcha69 on YouTube) does the best videos on wick preparation. He doesn't get as in depth anymore, but I believe his Katana, Orion, & Hellfire reviews are very detailed.

Thank you, I really like his videos, and PBasaurdo, but the only vid for Scott I could find is where he does the paper oxidizing. Appreciate it, will save a lot of searching now.
Post back when it arrives. I have been waiting for almost 2 weeks now. The USPS tracking site just says "Origin Post is Preparing Shipment" since Tuesday, Sept 18th. No other tracking details. I called USPS to find out what that meant and they said they were waiting for the delivery service (International Signed for) from the country of origin (UK) to hand the package over to the USPS. So they said they are still waiting on the package. 'International Signed For' says they handed it over to the USPS Tues. of last week!
Ughhhhhhh......
I'm trying to be patient but its hard.

That is really disappointing, and sorry to hear I know I just ordered mind Wednesday and really want it no haha. I had high hopes I would get lucky and it would be here sooner then 2 weeks but don't think that is gonna happen now. I figured I would order one from them even though Phiniac will be getting them early October because I am sure they will go fast.
Checked status again and it say "has arrived in HEATHROW WORLDWIDE DC and is being processed for delivery." so I think I am in the same boat. Reading and watching all the videos is really not helping me with my patience either, lol.
Hope yours gets here soon, make sure to post a few pics to so I can be more jealous

Sorry for the second reply but when you check Royal Mail for the tracking above where I put the status mine says "your item has reached the destination country" but then below it says "has arrived in HEATHROW WORLDWIDE DC and is being processed for delivery."
Does yours say the same thing?
