And it was awesome! I was vaping inside the entire time and not a negative word was said. I went outside with my wife and some friends who were smoking cigs and may have converted a smoker. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised

Convert the masses! Clouds always make the PVs stand out...I constantly have friends telling me how much more vapor my evic puts out than their cigs in a jealous manner.

Fantastic, isn't it? Smoking in bars has been banned in CA for, I don't know, maybe the last 15 years (or am I getting old, and it's been longer than that?). We have a couple of bars in town that have given the OK for vaping, and now I make sure to bring plenty of vendor cards with me every time I go out. My husband and I are like celebrities when we are vaping in a bar (we don't get out much, so it's fun). People always want to know about it, and I always end up giving out tons of cards.

I, too, have had amazing experiences in public with vaping.

I've had people look at me weird, but mostly I get a lot of questions.

"What is that?"
"Does it work?"
"How does it work?"
"Can I try?"

Usually they cough.

I just started school again after 12 years out... I've been hitting my Twist outside at designated campus smoking areas, with the fellow smokers. So far, only weird looks, but no questions.

I have a sneaking suspicion all of them want to know what I am doing, but are too afraid to ask.

I'm not an "in yo face" vaper, if that makes any kind of difference.

I'm still nervous about vaping in a resteraunt/bar because with my luck, every new customer that comes in will think I'm smoking.

People always want to know about it, and I always end up giving out tons of cards.

Me, too! I ask all my vendors to send me extra business cards with my orders. I tack them up everywhere I go. I pass them out like candy. I've just recently gone back to school (college). I see so many billboards, and so many opportunities to tack up these business cards.

It is an awesome feeling! I pretty much just stealth vape a couple "puffs" when I'm in a restaurant or non-smoking bar. But love to vape in those smoking-allowed bars!

Smoking in public establishments is banned in Maryland. But we were at a dive bar and I thought I would give it a shot since it was pretty empty, maybe about 20 people in the place. I also heard that people had a vape meet up at this bar, so I thought it probably would be ok. I initially started out stealth vaping, but after a few drinks I was just vaping normally. Most of the questions I got were "does it really work?". One guy at the end of the night, who was facinated by my PV asked if you could use it inside...You should have seen the look on his face when I told him I had been using it inside for the past 3 hrs. It was priceless
