Did you contact them outside of the web store, and did they just invoice you through PP or something?

That really looks nice! I want to un-ugly my Flashi too. Where do you get those glass tanks? and will it fit a clone v3?
I have the GearBest SS316 version of the V3 and it fits perfectly.

Fasttech and GearBest has them as well but you don't get the spare glass with their versions.
Or you can get the Authentic Firstaid version for 50€ They take the VAT off for North American orders.

The glass on these is really nice too with smooth rounded edges.
Unlike the jagged razor edge glass on some tanks like the Kayfun Quartz. My Brass Kraken arrived with the lovely jagged edged glass tank stuck on the base, it won't come off no how, no way. I have the cuts to prove it.
Not just because it's a clone, I read over on UK vapers that quite a few had Authentic Kraken's where the glass wouldn't come off either. One guy got his off by dropping it in the sink, the tank broke and he ordered a new one to put on.
If I do order another RTA it will be the Hotcig V3 and another glass tank. I was showing it to a friend of mine tonight and he was amazed at how easy it is to maintain. Pop the top off, pull out the old wick, dry burn, rinse and rewick. Less than 5 minutes and it's ready to go again, try that with a Kayfun V4... I do like my V4 but it is a little more involved.

Is there a place that I could get extra glass for the glass kits I got? I looked at FT and Focal, but did not see any of "just the glass"
I'm still not sure if you got the glass kit I'm thinking of, but if so the guy had an email and you could order through him, he might supply glass replacements?
