FeV lovers, you are going to want to check out the Taifun GS2

Wicking method is almost the same, with feeder holes, although there are some awesome additions to the basic design.

There is also side airflow AND bottom airflow, both adjustable, lol

Check it out, if you like your FeV, this should be right up your alley ;)

(while I guess technically slightly off topic, the similarity between the two can't be denied, and this thread is for us anyways, so BOOOOM)

I got the glass kit by First-Aid. I just thought I could get some extra glass from a less expensive place.

As far as I've found all versions of the first aid clone glass tank are hotcig. Should interchange with the first aid parts.

But for 10.00 you can get everything and an spare tank from gearbest... or fastech has the set up for 8.71. Focal has one too.

Probably cheaper than first aid also with free shipping. :)

Hmmmm, that's an odd one you have there.
So much airflow, so tiny screws and juicewells like we have in rdas.
(Since I don't do germany might be wrong here...)
The only thing I would like to see in my FeVs is that bottom airflow, does wonders for flavour.
Don't think that one can handle much thicker wire than .32(28), leads would jump under screws. Which leads me to think that one ain't for high watts, but the airflow seems to be enough for high watts.
(OLD GEEZERS RANT: SUBOHM AIN'T SAME AS HIGH WATTS!!)

Might I ask, what is your definition of high watts?

Or high voltage. Looks better for high voltage. You can get a hotter coil faster with higher gauge and higher voltage. I've been high voltage for a long time.

30w though 32 is really hot.
You said it.
Kinda wish China would come up with plain old volt boxes instead of yet another TC-box.
Can't beat simple 10A Raptor when it comes to keeping things simple.
FEV could come with new version, I'm rapidly running out things worth trying, there's TGT-2 and that's about it.

Hey Troll, have you seen the new TGS-2? Feeds like the Fev3. Looks good to me. In the big Taifun GT thread. There's a German video review there.
