Hey, yeah, when the alert popped up I was like what's up!.. Oh ok, life's taken some turns. I don't particularly care for some of them, but every day is new.

How have you been?

Well I had the hell scared out of me last fall, got some real bad news about my health but after a couple months of treatments and a lot of praying I came out the other side just fine. Got the good news a few days ago during a checkup with the doc that all is good. I dodged the bullet and feel like I was given a new lease on life, well actually I was! So the rest of life's "stuff" just doesn't matter that much I guess, it gave me a new view on what's important and what's not. Your right, every day is new and it's a new chance for change, that's a good way to look at it. I hope things go your way and it just gets better and better for you.

Yeah, I'm OK, now, I just hope I don't get hit by a bus next week. Good to chat with you again, take care sir. :)

Artur is about to release a V4.
No mayor changes, comes with 3 tank options, glas, SS, and Makrolon.
Same deck, same system, same chamber as the V3.5.
Sounds pricey.
Prolly around same that kayfun 4 is sold.
It is great the way it is, but kinda would have liked to see an afc not using screws.

Keeping the thread alive. I just now tried another tank and put the FEV down for a bit.. The bachelor tank is threatening it's post. Only bad thing is I can't pour directly from big bottles like the FEV, have to use a dropper bottle to fill bachelor.. :(
For me Sigeleis Moonshot has taken FeVs place for now.

140ish Euro.
Way too much for most, considering its almost the same as V3.
But yeah, hand made from Germany is pricey.
I still love mine on 3mm air at 30-35W. Perfect workhorse atty. Never fails.
Doesnt throw enormous clouds with dripper flavor, but its super conveniant and relyable.

I love my FEVs. They might not be the prettiest nor state of the art cloud chuckers, but I find them a perfect "medium" more than decent, thick clouds AND great flavor and the easiest most reliable atty I have.

Sometimes I want to sell/ or trade off all my other atties ( Phenomenons and TF) which I love, but the FEVs are the most "bad hands" friendly and really so basic and easy.

Most find it to be an ugly atty, and many hate that the clones are so good, but I am never sorry I paid full price for mine. I love them so much , Im thinking about getting some "clones" to have back up parts so I can use them forever. I just never know which clones are the better ones. I had one clone and it broke on first set up, the base got all loose and then the wire broke. I know there are wire-less clones, just dont know which one is which.

No leaks, no seepage, its the only of my atties that I completely trust to take with me. I can also add liquid with no spills or messy fingers.

I know you got bit by the tobacco I recommend you, lucky for my mine 2 years old and haven't had any problems.. But I knew to be careful with the post and tighten it first with pliers.

I used only the FEV for two years exclusively nothing else.. I felt it's time for something new.

Wireless base, all options, this is the ticket for you.

You can order from Germany long chimney and tanks but cost more than another whole clone.

Just found this!

I would absolutely get this v2 clone. As far as i can tell the thread pitch is right. Interchanges thread with the evaporator chamber threads. You can put the 8ml on the hotcig v3 base. Actually this is better than my tobeco v2... Shoot!!!.. I might have to order this one too! To make it #4.

The whole shebang, both tanks, plus dripper cap! Only thing it seems to be missing is the stainless 8ml tank section. My tobecco came with clear and stainless section. Only the plastic is shown in photos, but it may still be included just left out of pictures. It would only make sense to include that piece for when the plastic breaks.

And the wireless base!! Omg!! Fev holy grail.

Check it!

It's the new V4 (with installed glas tank), released today.
If you have a V3.5 its basically the same besides looks plus the new tank section (glass, makrolon & stainless steel option, this time all included in the kit).

The V4 is more of a 'product care' update, no real changes when it comes to pure vaping.

Cool, the completed kit is a much better way for him to sell it.

The only thing he needs for the next version is taking the air flow up to 4mm and enlarging the chimney tube a little bit to 4-5mm, and give the chamber 2mm more headroom for bigger coils.
I like how it is.
But I'm with you, different decks & chambers for different needs/peeps as optional accessories would be nice.

Oh I like it too. The ONLY tank I've used in almost two years, just till last week when I got a bachelor.

Just rewicked the FEV, it's rocking it, 6.8v, 45w and great flavor, air drilled to 3mm rayon wick .. It can take it to 50w if I'm feeling rough...

It's still Holding its own against the new bachelor tank. Same coil, same watts, slightly better flavor on the FEV so far. Still have tuning to do on the bachelor.

26g 2.5mm .98 ohms rayon FEV

Who said the FEV was big, it's not that big... Barely taller than the bachelor tank.. But it is heavy, it's solid stainless steel.

I have 3 clones, v2 tobecco, & 2 hotcigs

FEV v3 drilled to 3mm, (I was attempting to quiet the air flow on this one, may have helped a little, but not really)

I built the FeV V3 the same way as the Kronos today. Took out the air screw and mounted a spaced double twisted 28g SS430 to the side of the screws. Trimmed the tails and pulled them over the screws and onto the deck. It's vaping great with this setup at 35W and I appreciate the extra airflow without the air screw.

Now that the honeymoon is over, I don't see many advantages that the Kronos has over the FeV, the top fill is handy but filling the glass tank FeV is dead simple. Having to work on the deck of the Kronos is a PiTA where it is super easy on the FeV. The Kronos has more airflow though but no by much with the screw removed on the FeV.

I have to wait and see how the Hannya post less RTA makes out when it gets here.
