I sent an email to Artur regarding shipping costs and speed through the Contact Form on the website. I encourage others to do the same.

I was very polite and complimentary of his product and offered examples of other EU vendor's shipping prices and speed and made suggestions in a helpful and caring tone.

I hope you have better luck than I did. I emailed him several times about a cheaper option for shipping but he never replied. Maybe if you wrote in German?

It arrived!!! Woohoo!!!

The v3 is here!!!

Just gotta clean everything off (got long and short airflow tubes, long tank, 1.6mm air screw, steel center, markalon FeV v3, and repair kit). Oh goodness, pretty stoked right now!!!

Hey dems, you got all three sizes of FEV tanks! I'm still not sure whether you need the short top cap along with the "chopped" chimney for the nano setup. Hopefully not:) Here's how I trimmed my wicks- just two small pads of rayon over the screws with nothing dangling down to the deck. Seems a long wick siphoned juice from the coil. Have fun with your new flashi! btw I saw you cruising around the ubertoot thread in the uk forum.

What lengths are your mesh feeders? Size jig? I can't roll sedge's recommended length tight enough

I roll the mesh on a pin or wire about 1mm diameter. Use enough mesh to go around the pin about two and a half times, and roll in one direction (not back and forth). The mesh straw is initially 9-10 mm long. After I drop the straw down the feed hole, it will slide freely until it hits the rayon pad. Then I chop the straw at the top. Depending how fat the rayon pad is, my straw ends up about 8mm long.

What is the length of the mesh? Less than 60mm?

No, only about 25 mm wide. I just measured. And it goes 2-3 times around the pin. If the straw is too narrow, you can unroll it a bit.
Sorry, dems I'm giving you the wrong measurements. Guess it depends on how fine the mesh is. I'm using 350 and 400 mesh. You have to play with it until the straw is just tight enough in the hole that it doesn't fall out when you go to screw the base onto the tank.
