Base is super snug and it looks so much nicer with the glass tank on.
I use the original base and topcap with the focal glas kit, so, yeah, it works.
I figured the glass kit had to work on the authentic since it seems to be working on clones of different manufacturer.
IMO, the glass kit is well made and looks nice enough that I wouldn't hesitate to use it on an authentic. I've used other clone parts on authentics also because I wanted a colored tank or something. China is good about giving us a ton of colors or accessories. You do have to hand them that.

Just ordered the glass tank from focal. Here's hoping it arrives all safe and sound in 3 weeks!

I grabbed a Kraken as well since I haven't tried it and one must increase ones genny collection. It was that or the Sat22 which I also want to try.
Did I make the right choice with the Kraken.

I need to either drill out my Sat or give it to someone else. I'm not even a big airflow vapor, and I can't deal with it.
Think I'll try some tootle puffin with me FeVs just because.
Need to find me 32AWG somewhere.
Suppouse mesh feeders need to go, don't think there's ANY way to make em work with 10 watts or less.
Need to order some fiber and 1 mm afc-screws from Arthur, have no idea where my ortham and screws are, been running mine w/out for way too long.
While tootling could also get a old school genny with 1 mm airhole.

Is the glass tank from FC a clone? Or just made by a manufacturer who usually makes clones?
The clone tanks work.
You can order a cheap clone from gearbest for 18.00 and get two with it. Or just get the glass tank from there for 10.

I would get a clone 5 pack from FC or FT, lol! You would probably get them faster, too.
Horrible person that I am, I'm using clone ceramic cups in my Rose. $15 per cup is ridiculous for OEM.
They have 5 packs of makrolon.. Damn I can find anything easily on those sites. I tried to order the v3 from focal but can't get into my PayPal and its ticking me off.

I'll probably just order the 5 pack. It makes me a little nervous that the photo doesn't show any o-rings. I wonder if I need anything else from there. Seems weird to order just that.
Beware this one on fast tech, posts claim it only fits the cheap version with fine threads. Not hotciG or original.
