I don't use tobacco flavours much myself anymore but we got the Virginia and Burley from happyvaper and my fiance likes them both. IIRC he said the Burley was a little milder/sweeter. They are strong though so definitely start with a very low % and then add more if necessary. I added too much the first time I mixed it and when he took a puff I could smell it all the way across the room! 8-o:lol:

I have several of the Flavourart tobacco flavors with the remainder on their way. The Virginia reminds me somewhat of a Marlboro Light, but with some grassy or hay tones.

I've ended up not liking the Virginia by itself (too bland for *me*) but use it as a mix with other tobacco flavors to add complexity.

Start with no more than 1 drop per 5-6 ml of vape liquid. It's easy to add more but difficult to reduce flavor, one you may or may not like.

would you please pm me with your results so I don't waste any PG/VG? I would appreciate it. I am trying to go no nic or at least very low nic so that is why I am looking for the tobacco flavor.
Okay, when mixing I have found that 25 drops=1ml, the premix will be 4 drops in 4ml - a 4ml batch will require 4 drops of premix to equal 1%, if it's not strong enough I can add 1/4% or 1 drop....is that right or did i just blow my mind! 8-o

If you're planning on using Flavourart's tobacco flavors you *might*be overdoing it; I've found 1 drop (20/ml) in 3 ml to be PLENTY! I cuold probably stand to go a little stronger at day's end.

I'm very pleased with the 5 flavors I've tried thus far.

Dark Vapure, Virginia (too mild for me-I used it along with others), Cowboy, Burley (too sweet for me-almost has a candy-like under note- gonna try it in a blend), and Latakia.

I'm going to order their Perique and Turkish (I fogot their name atm) after the holidays.

I LOVE their tobacco flavors and have no need to look elsewhere. Finally!

Thanks MetalPrincess..........you are getting me excited about it...Do you recall the ratio...eliquid ml versus drops of Virginia? I also ordered the Vape Wizard also. Happy Vapor has a 20% off sale till the 1st of the year. Not bad prices considering US money is less than Canadian.

Haha I hit the sale too--got myself a Christmas present!! It is scheduled for delivery today but I had to work so I can't pick it up until tomorrow.

Whew, smonomo, I have definitely not had enough coffee yet today to attempt to figure out the math on that. Pre-mixing a batch of flavouring to dilute it is a great idea for doing small test batches!

Mixing straight flavouring I use about the same amount as Generic, 1 drop per 3-4 ml.

Dark Vapure, Virginia (too mild for me-I used it along with others), Cowboy, Burley (too sweet for me-almost has a candy-like under note- gonna try it in a blend), and Latakia.

My fiance like a touch of Virginia added into fruity type flavours and Burley mixed with coffee.

I don't think you guys are following me.. The way it is at the moment 1 drop to 100 drops (or 1%) for me = 4ml, that's fine, but if I want to make it a bit stronger adding one more drop will put me way over the top.

Therefore I will make a 4ml premix consisting of PG and 4 drops of the Flavourart tobacco, now 4 drops of this premix will equal 1 drop of the undiluted Flavourart tobacco, and 1 drop will equal 1/4 drop of the undiluted.

I'll now be using this bottle of mix to make recipes, and the Flavourart bottle will go back on the shelf until needed.

If I want to have finer control, I can make a premix using 2 drops instead of 4, thus enabling me to work with increments of 1/8 drop undiluted.
The math is too easy that's why it's easy to miss it, plus I'm lousy at explaining it :D

Thank you all...

What does the Latakia taste like? Generic, how was the Cowboy??

The Latakia has a smokey note to it. Very nice and somewhat bold.

The Cowboy is very Malrboroish. Not like the actual cigarette but like the typical Marlboro juice. I like it.

I've been having fun experimenting with their flavors, trying blends, hi vs. low strngth. The price is right so you can play around and not feel like you're throwing money away. I've been mixing up 3ml test batches.

Please take a look at smokejuicerecipes.com and enter in your recipes for others to enjoy. It's free and there is a star rating for each recipe and a recipe calculator so you can detemine exact Nic, PG/VG and flavoring proportions in ml, drops and % of volume. Enter this information into a recipe to other DIY repeat a recipe and it's proportions accurately -- very very important. Also, you can add e-juice flavoring and supply links so others know what's good and what's bad. Please help us make DIY smoke juice recipes available to everyone.
