I think Camtel/Cam-T is very reminiscent of patchouli...which I happen to like.

Thank you for the info-- I definately won't like this.....LOL  I am scent sensitive. The funny thing is I've had a house extracted juice of real burley tobacco and I love it. Unfortunately extracted are carto killers so I am back at trying to make the most of the tobacco flavorings. I am glad you are enjoying it--- there's nothing better than a juice you made yourself that you actually like!

I cannot believe I am saying this, but Black Fire is excellent- I love the smell right out of the bottle--did the test batch pinellas pete mentioned and this is a great flavoring for that smokey sensation! Note :its smokey not ashy tasting. Could see this flavor being use in a number of ways.

With most FA I have to wait a week until I can stand to vape it-- this one is a different beast entirely! Good job Flavour Art :toast:

I got a few FlavourArt flavors yesterday. I haven't mixed up anything with them yet, but they sure smell wonderful! Finding good citrus flavors has been difficult, so I'm hoping the orange and the lemon sicily will be tasty. The Irish cream smells divine...I'm hoping it'll work better for me than TPA and Capella's, neither of which tasted much like Irish cream to me.

Which would ya'll say are the FlavorArt "must have" flavors?

I'm trying to get a good "red energy" mix.
Two days ago i thought i had got it about right at 6% flavor.
Today i gave the 10 ml batch a test vape after steeping for two days.
I couldnt taste much of anything,so I've gradually increased it up to 13% flavor.
Cant say im quite pleased with it yet.
What im wondering now is,do i need to make a new small 2ml batch and start from scratch,or should i just let it steep
for a couple days more?

Is there anyone who does a simpler mix with the Cuban Supreme? I've tried mixing it with some Dulce de Leche (that may be TPA) and it was pretty good, but not quite what I was aiming for. I want something like a slightly sweet (but preferably kinda bitter) cigar flavor - hints of other flavors are good too, like vanilla, some creamy fruits, or even maybe chocolate. Just wondering what others are doing with it.

How do they take the carcinogens out of extracted juice?

How do they take the carcinogens out of extracted juice?

The bulk of carinogens present in a burning cigarette are additives used in the cigarette industry and the carcinogen effect is created further by the burning of the chemical additives and tar which go into your lungs and bloodstream. The amount of nicotine present in an extracted tobacco process by these vendors is minute (has been and is tested for nic content) therefore we or they add nicotine solution to it.

I don't know all the answers on this other than to say I am pretty sure vaping an organic extracted tobacco juice on occasion its much less harmful than a burning cigarette. Thats also why Flavour Art and other companies have tobacco mimicking sensory essences so you have that option to create a tobacco-ish experience for yourself minus the tobacco.

I do like it on occasion in addition to creating juices with flavorings such as Flavour Art. We all have to make out own determinations on what keeps us off the analogs and what does it for us.

I don't know enough about extracts but the vast majority of carcinogens come from smoking and burning tobacco. They do exist in the plant. I'm not concerned about the nicotine.

By the way I have orange, mandarin and tangerine. I like all three but I like the tangerine the best.

I just got in to diy, and ordered mainly FA tobacco flavors, and some TFA pecan, vanilla, coconut, and caramel. I also got some M-type (i think it was TFA). Anyway being a rookie I decided to mix up all the flavors individually at 10% ( I now realize that is waaay too much) the FA tobaccos taste like gaggy cocoa. I will tone down my mixes and see what I can come up with. I have cuban supreme, 7 leaves , camtel, burley, and cowboy.

Suggestion Sammy, leave the tobacco mixes aside for awhile. The ones you just mixed, put them someplace away from sunlight and just let them sit for a good while.

Tobaccos take awhile to develop. I don't know why. I know that 10% is not too much for Cuban or 7 Leaves for certain, but I also know they will gag you when first mixed at that level. What you taste after they sit for a week or two is completely different. (I have no experience with M type in this, I'm just typing on FA's tobacco flavorings.)

Now the non-tobacco's at that level is another story. I find the Pecan at that way too high, but the coconut and caramel a shade too low at 10%. You'll have to adjust to your tastes though. I tend to like them strong.

Is that a Flavour Art flavour and did you add a sweetener or any other flavoring? I don't drink or use that flavor so I know nothing about it or what its supposed to taste like but certain flavors need a sweetener or with the fruits even a drop of Lorann's tart and sour for the flavor to pop more and stay vibrant.

Thanks Hoosier! I will definitely try that. I knew that steeping helped mellow out sharp flavors, but I had no Idea it would turn an unvapable juice in to something good. I will stow them away for a while.
