30' Work & Play. Full solar. There isn't a power line for miles. Same with water/sewer.
Guess "You" are way back in the woods off RT# 60 then . . .
I didn't see "Your" place when I drove by . . .
I looked up the RR POA. I'm glad to know there are still places in Florida where humans tread lightly.
Made "Me" look too . . .
Nope - Not a lot of people around there yet . . .
AND - Not that I am
@NicotineRush . . . But, If I can remember "My" drive by's on RT# 60 from Yee Haw Junction to Port Richey correctly . . . A lot of open space, nothing but a few camp grounds (Boys/girls camps & a Dude Ranch too . . .
), lots of cows/horses, and further west a produce processing plant, etc. . . . A few other mobile homes & house every now & then . . . However, IMHO - the area is being in-crouch upon by housing developments from the west of Florida - NOT NICE . . .
Oh Yea - Also "60" is an old 2 lane Highway thoroughfare that is really a main corridor for Truckers (BTW: Ya' can have some fun playing chicken when there are very slow moving vehicles and is no passing lane zone available . . .
) . . . Just Sayin' . . .
