Focalecig ... A new Fasttech??

I'm sorry to say that I'm going to chalk Focal E-cig up to a minor disappointment. 2 orders placed on the 3/22: fasttech for a Kayfun 3.1 clone and Kayfun nano kit, and from Focal E-cig, a Pulse G genesis.

The Kayfun and nano kit from fasttech is in route from Chicago and should be on my doorstep tomorrow.

The Pulse G, finally shipped out on the 31st and is in shipping limbo in China still. FWIW, there lead time was 5 days per the listing which means it should've shipped on the 27th.....

The delay is not a big deal. At this point I'm quite used to the wait, but I think I'll be sticking with fasttech from now on.

Surprised to hear that it took that long to ship, especially for the Pulse G ... I can't say for sure, but perhaps it was a restocking issue??

If your package shipped on Monday, it usually takes 3 days for tracking to hit acceptance, so I don't think your package is in limbo, you will probably see acceptance between tonight, and tomorrow ... but I do understand your frustration though, especially with how long it took to get the item shipped.

I don't know that I'd call it frustration, just a lack of being impressed. There was this tiny part of me that thought they might be a faster alternative to Fasttech and that doesn't seem to be the case.

I have one and only one gripe with my FC Kayfun Clone:
Does anyone know of any place to get replacement post screws for the Kayfun on the deck? I heard Grimm talking in his Vlog today how he has a clone and the screws bow out and don't really capture the wire and when you tighten them down to catch the wire , the screws force the wire out of place. Mine are doing the same thing and it takes way too long to get it to work correctly and it's just a PITA bc I don't feel like even when I get the leads under the screw heads that it is making a good connection.

Actually no, not yet ... Your order was made on the 29th, which is a Saturday, the staff is off on weekends, that is why it was only in "collecting" by Monday the 31st. The item is scheduled to ship within 3 to 7 days from ordering as per the listing, most usually go within 3 days from ordering .. Technically you are on your 3rd day, entering the 4th by China time tonight.

Your order will hit shipped next .. Hopefully by tonight, tomorrow night you will see shipped.

Oh, sad to hear it. Main was i 3 days past due as well, but after my delay on FT order for 3 weeks it's ok with me. I'm so unhappy with FT, they did crush my order and send me 1-2-3 drip tips in separate orders and my mod still sit in restocking from official "ship in 5 days". May be you need to send e-mail to Doris about it. I'm kinda sad with FC orders, they all shipped by Singapore post, wonder when(if) i gona see my stuff now, but i blame myself for picking express (i didn't know it's Singapore). Orders my usual method all ready here even it was shipped after Singapore express.

I know that Ebay has replacement parts packages for sale .. so search it there, I am sure you will find them. FT was selling them also, but I am sure that you don't wanna wait that long, so Ebay is your best bet .. at least that I know of.

you're right but what stops you became aaa... 100's/1000's/10000's buyer on item/in store/visitor of FC bla-bla (don't forget jump pretty high as far as it all "free" so it looks real )
