I placed an order a few days ago, I guess I missed the part to sign up for an account. My paypal account did get charged. Does anyone know if there is a way to track my order with out having a focalecig account?

tpal without an account you can check an order on the FC website/Order Track with your Paypal email and Order Number. The order number starts with a Q and is/was on the (Wallbuys) confirmation page that appears after an initial purchase. If you missed getting the Q# just email Doris with the Paypal info > Help/Contact us/Email: sales@focal----, they will send you the Q#, usually within a day if it's a weekday. :thumb:

I have to chime in here. The mouth piece on the Protank 2 I received would just fall out, the 2 coils with it were bad. I wanted to send it back but Doris offered to send me o rings...............when I placed another order. So I placed another order to get my o rings. Not unhappy but I won't order again from them. My third and last

 .. bcme I am sorry that was your experience, and that FC lost you as a customer. I can't say that I blame you, no one should have to pay more, in order to get what they paid for the first time. :(

I don't think that you need an account to check your order, just your paypal email and the order#, which I hope you made record of. If not, then you will have to make an account with your paypal email address, which is very simple ... just enter your email, and create a password.

Just got my first FC package - not my first order, but it was shipped first. Got the 7 protank glass tanks for $3.99 on the group buy. Insanely low price! Packaged extremely well with no chance of breakage. It would have arrived yesterday, but it took a tour of the next city over yesterday, showing "out for delivery" in that city all day. Then it showed it was back in the local hub today. Gotta love USPS!

Vape mail! ... $3.99 is an awesomely good deal considering when I was using them they cost $15-20 each! I was looking at that last Group Buy like "where were you back in September!!"

And what in God's good name is going on with USPS lately? My magnet order from a week and a half ago is still not here! It was supposed to be delivered last Friday, and its been in Alabama since last Wednesday, with no further status  And mind you it was only coming from Cali  I need my magnets!!!

Yes, it should be a great week for vape mail! :rickroll: I'm expecting my Caravela and my Aqua, probably Thursday...if they don't go on tour. I couldn't believe the price of those tanks either - current price for one tank in U.S. is around $3.50, so for a little more you get 7! Got them as part of my stocking up in case the worst happens and they figure out a way to ban delivery devices.

I hear you on USPS! I keep hearing stories about bizarre routes a lot of packages have been taking. Between that and unreliable updating of tracking info you wonder how they're even still in business. If it weren't a government run enterprise, they could really do so much to be way more competitive!

Oh nice ... I really like the Aqua, always have, so let me know how you like it. I hope it all arrives in tip top shape too!

It was posted earlier but will work for you as well

Happened to me. My PP on one e-mail, my common use is other. Well. It does read your PP e-mail as log in e-mail.
Login with your PP e-mail, as "first time" user create a password.
You are in
Left top corner - your e-mail/login - is link - poke
Find a button - my orders - poke
Find your order - poke
Window divided on 2 parts. In top part - right bottom corner - trucking number (in case of kayfun what is on group buy right now, item will not be shipped before April 11, so it would't be there till then or later)

I do not check my orders by order check because i'm just lazy to put in all my orders numbers, so i go easy-lazy way, result is the same

My experience thus far with the Focalecig Omega Clone RDA:

My Omega clone RDA arrived today and of course I took it down to all the parts and gave it a good cleaning after I removed the installed coils/wicks. After cleaning it I placed it on my ohm meter and began to try and build on it. This is where the PITA began for me. Using a 5/64 screwdriver, I wrapped a twisted 29 gauge coil onto it and started to try and insert the coil into the RDA. The posts have holes in them which is where the pre-made coils were installed so I tried to insert my new coil into the posts. Hmmmm not as easy of a task as I would have imagined due to the deck walls coming up so high (see pictures).

After trying with 3 different coils and not being able to insert them due to the awkward 60ish degree angle that I had to try and insert them I thought to myself, well maybe I should forget inserting in the post holes and try and use the top of the screws and tighten them down Kayfun style. This in itself was a hassle because I could not get it to capture anything but a single strand of 29 gauge not twisted and when I did get it to capture the wire, the coil itself sat way too high and when trying to push it down into the deck area, it would not line up with the air hole unless it was touching the center post. Well what to do now. I then got the idea to bend the legs of the coil into a _| shape and insert them that way. After cutting the legs shorter and making that _| shape a few times I was finally able to get the coil installed. Then I had to maneuver the coil so that it would be in front of the air hole which is in fact in the center of the deck area (in front of the center post) without having a live leg touching the center post. I was finally able to get it in position and had to fiddle with the cotton in able to get it inserted inside the coil and in position. All in all it was about a 35 min experience to get the coil installed and was quite frustrating but now it vapes great and it looks pretty slick on my Nemesis Clone.

My advice to anyone who buys this and is trying to install a coil on it would be to know what you are going to get into when doing it, and have a side vape just in case you get stressed out. Also make a coil that looks like the diagram below:

I hope this will help someone out who possibly buys this.

PhatRon thank you for taking so much time to report a detailed account of your "build experience" with the Omega .. I love the looks of this RDA, so its on my list for when I am ready to get a new RDA ... but jeez, that is a lot of work

This is definitely going to help anyone who purchased this, you're awesome! :)

I'm with you on USPS. My big order changed status to "Processed through Sort Facility ISC San Fran" aka customs on the 4th. It took until just now, today, to get processed through the San Fran USPS sort facility. Stupid douchenozzles.

Anywho, I finally built my Taifun just now, not near as difficult as I had thought it might be, and no problems with the collar turning. Put on my Caravela clone, and LOVE it.

 ... Keymaster, we now have soooo much in common! .. I am IN LOVE with this pairing, haven't changed it out, or put it down since my Caravela came in. I think the Taifun GT and this Caravela were made for each other! :)

I'm definitely loving it. Not sure if it'll be my all day gear, since I don't really want mess up the Caravela when I'm out in the barn all day, but it's definitely my in the house vape. Have some 12mg orange crush juice in it now. Tasty.

Btw, can you post a reminder of how to adjust the top pin on the Caravela?

I have an offer
Well, to you as far as you're being a host in this topic from the begging.

Would you like to open blog with all tips, recommendations on FC product and such, including log in/find your order info, contact Doris info. Thread is so bid its hard to find needed info and reposting it only makes it all bigger. Also include in blog links or quotes for posts such useful like post about Omega. + your video reviews on FC product.

I do feel bad, so much useful, for many ppl, info getting lost in pale less important information.

I second this suggestion. It is a royal pain in the rear to find relevant info in this thread.

Oh I'm with ya, my Vela's NEVER leave the house .. and here is a cut and paste from my review about adjusting the fire pin in the Caravela ..

The dual adjustable copper positive contact pin can be adjusted one of two ways. The upper portion of the pin adjusts (with pliers to initially loosen, and back out the upper pin, after that you can adjust it with your fingers) for flush mounting of your top device. The lower portion of the pin is used to adjust for battery rattle with flat top batteries. Using flat top batteries with this mod will make for the easiest, and smallest amount of adjusting.

However, in the case of nipple top batteries, you will need to remove the entire lower portion of the pin in order to close up your tubes. This will initially result in battery rattle, so you will need to further adjust the upper portion of the pin (unscrew outward), as well as adjusting the 510 connection of your top device (also outward to make contact) in order to reduce the battery rattle once the lower pin is removed. This will stop battle rattle with normal use of the mod (picking up, setting down) however, if you shake the mod around, you will hear the battery move a little …. So don’t do that. :p

Damn Laylel is putting Nikki to work! ... That is actually a good idea, but that is going to take some work ... Even I can't remember where everything is in this thread, but it would be useful to have so .. I guess I'll have to work on that.
