I just received my order from Focalecig.
I'm not too happy.
I ordered 2 Maraxus clones, I got them in good time for something from China, free shipping.
But, one of the mods I got didn't come with a firing button. It came with 2 top pieces on either end! I emailed support and they said they want me to buy something else and they'll include a replacement firing button in my next order.
So, I payed for my mods, got an.. "incomplete" product, and now I have to give them more money so I can use what I originally payed for?
Not happy.

I will say wait for Doris (i don't see how she will send you this type of answer). All i know, when one of the atties (not sure which) come out defective, she was sending replacement for base with no charge and no waiting for next order. But all what you say does not sound good and i will feel just same if i will be you.

No ... that is not an acceptable resolution .. Can you pm me your paypal email and order#? I am going to bed now, but I will email Doris, you should not have to buy something else, in order to get what you paid for in the first place.
Doris will just be coming back from Holiday, but if you can give me 24 hours, I will get back to you with a fair resolution. FYI, Doris is the sale manager, not CS staff, so the staff does not always handle problems the way that Doris would .. I am sure Doris would have had a better resolution for you ..
I guess ill try to contact Doris directly. I've heard she's extremely helpful and good with customer service.

I did started at 10 as you recommended -2 weeks steap (i only use fruits)I only have three berry flavors ... sweet strawberry from Capella's, blueberry and raspberry from TFA ... I loveeeeeee the Blueberry Extra, so yummy, creamy, delicious!
What percentage are you mixing at? I mix sweet strawberry at 20% lots o flavor, blueberry extra at 15%, and raspberry I haven't used yet

Yeaaa, my K101 come to me, finally.
So, shipped on March 15 and come here April 7, not that bad, i guess that i didn't know where it is build me up a bit.
Oh, it's such awesome mod. Love it. I never will buy it if not price really, didn't look sexy to me it all. I'm glad it's so nice in hand, will replace carto (not sure with what yet, i'm very carto not friendly) and gona be my to go mod.
So... now my "wish" list became bigger.
I love love love Kayfun. Burnt taste - 3 min in total - pull old cotton out/burn coil/put in new (not even cent price) wick - put all parts together - and works great/great taste. You can put any crap juice and no fear, replacement takes seconds.
And price of tank (my was $27 + $6 coil (about kilometer) from ebay + $3 cotton balls) and you set for a rest of your life. I wasn't that happy about my spent money for a long time.

How was it resolved?
They are sending a replacement without the need of incurring any additional costs via another order, which is the right thing to do.
I have to chime in here. The mouth piece on the Protank 2 I received would just fall out, the 2 coils with it were bad. I wanted to send it back but Doris offered to send me o rings...............when I placed another order. So I placed another order to get my o rings. Not unhappy but I won't order again from them. My third and last
I placed an order a few days ago, I guess I missed the part to sign up for an account. My paypal account did get charged. Does anyone know if there is a way to track my order with out having a focalecig account?
