how you would compere it with kayfun and Taifun?
And i also wonder about Aluminum(chimney&deck)? Is it normal for this atomizer, and wouldn't it crush with time on threads parts. I have Aluminum mech mode and not really happy how touchy threads are on it.
I'm kinda not big fun of it's look so (sorry). I think i will get some just to find out what is it)))
Oh, I didn`t answer your question about comparison. Actually it`s impossible for me to rate my best RBAs. My daily rating seems to change with the weather or my mood or the liquid or the battery voltage.....
Squape, Kayfun, Taifun GT and GS, Flash e Vapor, AIOS and Aqua are perfect RBAs. All have a very good taste and produce huge clouds, if you like that. But all can be setup easy or can be used with more than 20 watts.
Place a new coil is easy on Kay, Tai and Squape. Kayfun 3.1, which is very often close to a 1:1 clone, is easy to recoil, can be used with cotton or silica even at more than 20 watt. Imho is the 3.1 the easiest RBA in any configuration. All KFL clones I know are far away from a 1:1 clone and suffer from leakage, because the chamber threads are to wide and the liquid channels are too wide. KFL can be setup with enough cotton very easy and can be used with 20 watts. Using it with silica wick is more difficult and causes often leakage. If the Taifun has the right o-rings and the steam tube is pressed in perfect, it can be setup easy for wattages up to 15 Watt. If you want to use it with more than 20 watt the liquid flow has to be perfect - cotton is best - but it can start leaking. The Squape is easy to build but you have to find the right amount of cotton or silica ( similar to the Taifun ). Too much and it runs dry.Not enough and it starts to leak from the 510. I never tried it above 15 watt.
The Squape is a brilliant vapor and is a beauty too. It`s finish is very special. Let your fingertip look at it. ;)

Has somebody already bought a Flash e Vapor ( FeV ) which is a awesome RBA too - but it`s long and heavy and a strange beauty ;)

The KFL I just received does not leak at all, not even a little a bit ... thank you Baby Jesus.

When I first filled it through the fill port, I thought I was getting a tiny bit of seepage, but it was just excess liquid around the port after topping it off .. I am on my fourth refill, and the fill port remains bone dry between fillings, not a drop any where ... very pleased with sku 12113 ... and no whistling!

So I guess you have used cotton, Nikki.
My KFLs never leaked at all too, but I use cotton only. Many 3.1 users reported that they need a lot more silica on the lite version, otherwise it would leak.

No my dear ... I did something that I have never done before ... I used one of the factory wicks that came with it. I altered it a bit of course, as I vape at 1.2 ohms, so I undid a few wraps, and installed it ... metered out to 1.4 ohms.

The main reason I decided to use one of those factory coils with silica is because the screws on this KFL are so darn tiny. It did not look as though I would be able to use my 30 gauge wire, but I also didn't try to. I remembered PhatRon saying that he had a hard time securing his leads with those tiny catch screws ... it also satisfied my curiosity about nichrome, which I have never used before.

Under normal circumstances Rudi I would have used cotton, as I do with my other Kay 3.1 ... this was an experiment that turned out very well .. and let me add that this factory silica build is putting out much better flavor than my Hcigar 3.1 with cotton .. which I attribute to overall build quality, not the silica. I am vaping the same e liquids I previously used with the 3.1, and there is a marked difference, and increase in flavor.

I use 30 gauge and although it is a PITA it works just fine. Why every RBA does not use the post with the holes in them is beyond me.

It's not important now. All has been made right. I wanted to post a public apology as opposed to a private one to the individual(s) that the image offended to show how deeply sorry I was.
