... I just can't see myself going back to replacement coils :( Can you rebuild the nautilus coils?

Well I had heard good things about it and the price was right at FC so I pulled the trigger in the tank so Yeah but I know what you mean. I got some inexpensive coils for it at the other outlet. I don't know if they are authentic but so far so good.
I saw a YouTube vid of rebuilding the dual coil for it so it is possible.
Have heard good things about mega as well but unless the price came way down I'll pass.

You know, I had my eye on the IGO W6 because it has that brass accent, so I thought it would match up well with some of my mods w/brass accents. Its nice to have a at least one good dripper, but RDA's will never be my main thing because I don't like dripping so much. But it is a very attractive device and it looks good with the brass SR.

I agree. I wish I liked dripping because I love how some of them look.

Its about time Marilyn! :rules: ... :p I didn't even know that you had a Nautilus  Keeping up with your vape gear collection is a challenge gurlfriend ... Do you have the Aerotank too?

No. I don't. I had to give the nautilus a shot after reading the reviews. I'm unimpressed. I chain vape and double hit too much. I taste the wick when I do that. I should add it to the list of things to sell.

I basically stopped using the Aspire ET-S glassomizer due to the coil situation ... I did somewhat successfully rebuild three coils for it, but I couldn't get that poly liner back into the head properly, so I would get a weird gurgling sound that was rather annoying, so I just stopped using it.

The Aerotank Mega will eventually come down in price, it may take six or so, faster if the "next great Tank" comes a long.

I am definitely an advocate of selling unused gear, especially if you don't have a friend, or family member to give it away to. The one thing that made me consider the Nautilus for a split second are the custom SS tanks that are available for it. I know some people cannot stand not being able to see their e liquid, but I don't mind it. If you are really aware, you can when its to refill as you are vaping.

Wow. Did not know yall were on the Aspire. I was using Aspire ETS and Nautilus on a daily with my spinner. Coils got really spendy. Local B&M was charging an @ssful for them things. That's when I went and got a Vamo. But......my mechs got here first before I even tried a VV mod. Sucks cuz now it's all apart waiting for my new pin buttons.

I was not a dripper as well. Just got into it after the Kayfun went doo doo on me. I had no choice but to work with what I had. I use both. Tanks for long day. Dripper to teach them young ins about vaping lol. They try to chuckle at me. I have to chuckle back. :)

I might be able to sell it locally. Someone on this thread just caused a flare up of my shinyitis. May as well fund the cure with unused or rarely used gear.

I have 3 drippers here. I kept reading so many people saying it was the holy grail of flavor. I must be doing it wrong. Give me an RBA any day.

I just pulled the trigger on a Golden Quasar Clone after a little bit of deliberation contemplating on if I wanted to plug up an airhole on the Enigma or Stillare clones. It will be my first experience with one of the cyclops style airholes, so of course I will use it and put it through its paces and report back with pictures and a personal review on the product for all others to see and use however they want like I have done in the past. I do like the fact that you can adjust it to have single or dual airholes open and I want to see how the smaller deck and reduced chamber will be on it in the flavor department.

Thank you for the compliment on my avatar Ms. Nikki and I apologize I haven't been on much lately, I just got done helping 4 different people move all their stuff to new houses and everything has just started settling down these past two days. Now I just hope when I move out somewhere in the future, they will help me out! :D

Cranky (Marilyn),

Here is the bottom post that I drilled out with a 1/8th bit. Countersink the hole for a cleaner look. Also the positive pin post I countersink those 2 air holes for better air flow. More beveling it.

Did you do this in addition to the stock hole or in place of the stock hole. Looks like I see the stock hole to the right of the hole you drilled but want to make sure I am not seeing things :). I have a drill press and thought about trying this as well. I love my kayfun lite plus's but I do wish the draw was more airy. I use drippers mostly so now when I go back to the kayfun the draw seems even tighter. Also I am so use to having holes in the post instead of trying to capture the wire underneath the screw heads I often times overlook the kayfuns trying to win the top my mod contest every morning....if only you had holes.....LOL

Yeah, I used to be .. until RBA's and mechs came into my life that is :D The Aspire ET-S was my favorite glassomizer, but my problem is that the failure rate on the replacement coils was very high. Those coils are way to expensive to have only one out of every three that works. Its too bad .. Now I don't ever use it, or the Ego Twist that I had paired with it. My Vamo only see's the light of day when its time to rebuild and check resistance.

I like a cool vape. But getting into those .2-.5 builds are warm. But that parallel coil in the dripper gives me the best thick clouds. I got hooked.

Yes the Nautilus contact pin moves for different batteries. I got mines cleaned up sitting in the corner with extra coils.

I am with you, I prefer a cool vape. Those warm to hot vapes wear out my throat very fast, and I need to be able to chain vape when the urge strikes me

This is why I am now thinking that I should have gotten a Quasar instead ... having that single coil air hole, and reduced chimney I think would make a world of difference for me. The Stillare is gorgeous, and it definitely chucks the vapor, but I feel like I get better, denser flavor from a RBA. But the Stillare does look stunning with my Turtle Ship V2 :D

Definitely want to hear your thoughts on the Quasar when you get it Ron ... and you are very welcome, your avvy looks like sunshine! :)

If you decide to send the Kayfun send me the dripper as well. Build a nice coil and wick for it. ;)

Thanks! Maybe you can change my mind.

I do, too. I have found the drip tip to have a dramatic impact on this. It can change the flavor profile as well, if it's long enough.

There's already 2 air holes on mines. It's a 3.1. The place I drilled it is where the screw was for adjusting airflow. Drilled that completely out. But remember only half way to the positive post. Not through the whole unit.
