I think that is the point of the magma, has a really deep drip well, so don't need to drip juice very often, but I don't get much vapor from my drippers, even running with dual coils at 0.5ohms and air flow wide open, I just get little clouds, don't know how these people on youtube get them big clouds, like said I get good vapor from tank RBA's, and the fogger, I have same setup as my dripper, but get twice as much vapor, even though the fogger has small air holes.

I got drawn into drippers, because of great flavor and vapor, the flavor is there, but not the vapor. I'm not a cloud chaser, but do like to see a decent amount of vapor, makes my brain think I am getting a good hit.

This is why I had an interest in the 3D dripper .. Halfempty says that it is still a PITA, but I shall see if my "vape whisperer" ways can make it better.

Nikki,

You have to use the iTeo method of wicking when dripping. Holds more juice then traditional wicking.

Yes, so Drifter has been telling me ... ugh, all these methods :p But I will try it ... when I am not in a hit and run mood that is :p

You and Drifter make a good tag team you know .. You keep me on my toes with the "collectors" game, and now I have Drifter over here reminding me that even as I am an experienced vaper/builder, that my building game is still relatively rudimentary.

Duno if I can post about dry herb PV's on here but I know the USA has all those lovely new laws in place now so... Focalecig had the Pax up for $58 this morning - something i've been wanting since i saw someone using one on a instagram video, I was so damn excited to see it there, went to place the order and it's just vanished, wdf! :(

Hmm .. I didn't look at new arrivals yet today. If they put it up, but then took it down, there maybe something they found wrong with it, or just some detail about the listing that needed to be corrected?? .. Email them and ask about it. If you have skype, you can wait until around 8 or 9pm tonight and skype chat with Doris about it.

G-Weezy just order the TS SE, and I hope to eventually have one myself .. I am sure he will give us some feedback on it once it arrives. Weezy likes to make us jelly

Glad everything is good with your order, and that Hammer keeps coming back to mind because I also find it attractive, even as a pipe style wouldn't normally be my thing. I think I should eventually get one to round out my collection. :D

I haven't even considered the Aerotank mega because of the replacement coil situation, although I love the plug and play aspect of it, and I think it is also an attractive device. Kind of ...... that Kanger didn't come up with the 22mm concept earlier though.

I'm pretty interested in that TS SE.
If anyone has info on it lemme know!

Yep, everything is in order.
It did take a bit longer than I expected for it to all ship out. I sent an email to cust service. They promptly replied that it was delayed from supplier but in the process of being filled. I think it shipped the day after I contacted them and it arrived relatively quickly after that.
I Got a chance to clean everything this weekend and get my vape on.

I finally decided that it was Hammer Time.
I got the Hammer Clone.
I really like the Hammer clone. It is a fine looking mod and I enjoy using it.
I've been using it with a Nautilus tank and a pretty cool 70mm SS drip tip.
At some point I want to get another more pipe style curved drip tip for it so that I can get my Sherlock on.
I've been using it in 350 mode but it comes with 2 tubes so it can be used with 500 or 650 as well.

This Nemesis is my first. It's currently set up with a kayfun 3.1 and a hybrid adapter(bypassing the top cap).
In 18650 it is a tall order of Sleek SS.
All tubes of it are pretty seamless imo.
The only issue is that the face of the logo on the Nemesis is really wonky. [emoji53]
My guess is that they are all like this but you can't tell from the pic on the focalecig website.
Anyway It was a good price when I got it and now it's a bit cheaper on the group buy.
If you don't have a Nemmy and want one, this is a great chance to get it on the cheap.

The Kanger Mega is smooth.
I like my protanks and wanted to check this one out. It was a good price and appears to be authentic.
I almost didn't get it bc of the cost of coils and not knowing how to rebuild these but it is cool.
I had one snafu with it when I first got it.
I filled it up and Vaped it for a bit and put it down and went to sleep. When I woke up in the morning I found liquid had dripped out the airhole and my Vamo was standing in a puddle.
I've never had that happen with anything..Ever.
The Vamo still works but the 18350 was soaked with juice and it was inside the wrapper. I took off the wrapper and rewrapped the batt.
It's all working fine since then.

The glass drip tip Is a nice addition.
I didn't have any glass dt like it before.

I'm very happy with my order.

Cheers,
Matt

3rd order in with FC, wasn't looking to buy anything, but checked new releases, saw that Heimdall and I couldn't stop myself, in cart and checked out :D

That Heimdall looks awesome, made of brass with no painted threads, so shouldn't be bad on voltage drop, which I have had problems with, on some of my black mods, but I can't turn down a good looking black mod :D

Oh also, the coupon code 'FCFANS' is still active to get 11% off your order :toast:

My picky Brit is at is again! Now I know what I need to do if I ever need to persuade you on anything ... just wave a black mod in your face, and BAM! I got ya!

Not sure if anyone noticed this on the 4nine ,but the delrin piece in the top cap is threaded in and adjustable to a degree. I was not able to use flat top 18650 panasonic with igo-l ,only 350 mode with nipple top worked. After figuring out I needed to screw delrin in to cap more I got enough room to use 650 battery and it has a small button through which is working beautifully.also magnet on bottom of battery has some adjustment in it within delrin piece. Anyone trying to get it to work should check these out as it may fix issue with battery fitting.

Yes, I did mention in my review for the 4nine that the magnet in the delrin spacer is threaded, and adjustable and could be used to help shorten the throw, and improve connectivity between the battery and 510 pin.

I think the same one that you just posted...it was $30 and looked nicer than my Tobeco clone which functions well.

Oh hell yeah its nicer than the Tobecco, so good choice! Out of the box the quality looks great .. I should have a review for it finished before you get yours. :)

Lol. Drifter and I???? Yea we do. Lol. He just showed me that method of wicking. Ever since I'm hooked. Only way to do a dripper with consistent hits. Your coil builds huh? How they looking?

TS SE will look sweet. My status is collecting parts. Hopefully shipped soon.

My builds are straight, but they are simple .. I never try to get fancier than perhaps some twisted wire. This is what I built after I failed at the deedoubleplex complicated thing

Yes I've seem it but I have a copper SR already. No need for temptations lol.

Instead of twisted coils try parallel instead. Heats up fast and a little surface area.

Also I'm wrapping around a 1/8 drill bit 6 times on dual coils with 24 ga. That way you can wick iTeo method and easier to feed in the coil with a bigger ID.

LOL, wasn't my intention :D I am glad that I was able to inspire you to try sub-ohm again tho :D

Im glad you like that method of wicking now :) Gonna try some of that Rayon everybody is talking about. Llooking to get some this weekend so I can experiment with it. Suppose to be a pretty good wicking medium from what I have been reading so I'm eager to try it out :)

Well I don't have one, and it sure is tempting me! .. I've been meaning to give parallel coils a go, but rebuilding doesn't really get my juices flowing if you know what I mean, so I tend not to think about the latest rebuilding methods so much. But, if it creates a better vape, then why not.

I use a rounded toothpick to wrap my coils, and I don't use anything lower than 30 gauge ... I don't have drills bit, but I do have screwdrivers :D I used to wrap on them, but the size made the resistance too high for the gauges that I use .. unless I do a 1/2 wrap

I need some help. I seem to have done something to the switch on my black copper stingray clone. First, does Focaleecig sell the switch? If not, which mod aside from the Nemisis, do they sell that plays well with a Kick?

I don't use a kick, but the Turtle Ship V2 is kickable ..
