LOL. Right now my search is dripper quality flavor and vapor but tank design. I need airflow :). I like the look of the ehpro pontus and I might check it out but I read a newer version is coming out with a better built center post. Maybe a kayfun type device with large airholes on deck and on the side. ;). I tried drilling my kayfun out but as long as that hole on the deck and pin is small it won't matter. I have tried multiple other tanks and none suit me....I love dripping but would love to have something like a dripper with a tank to carry when I travel or go out and about. I have the RSST with too cap drilled out and I like it but me and the genesis type devices just don't get a long well. I know....I am picky but I have earned that right....LOL
I have seriously been looking at a reo but would prefer to spend $40 compared to $160 to get the vape I want.
So chop chop! Hehe

Crocky,

I think this might be an answer. I'm looking for a dripper with a tank also. This or the Pontus.

what about powder coating mods? does anyone think they'll hold up? they do on engines

I think powder coating would hold up real good on mods.
I have a Bad Boy zero turn mower that has powder coating instead of paint and the powder coating is tuff. In 2 1/2 years of use the finish on the leading edge of the mowing deck still looks good.
I do not know exactly how it is applied, but you would need to not coat any of the threads or points of conductivity.

Gonna grab a silver tugboat and a (clear coated) vanilla 18650.
I wanted The cheaper black tugboat but it must be sold out bc I can't add it to my cart.

I'm gonna go with free shipping via EMS rather than Singapore post. I hope I made the right choice.

$22.92 OTD is a good deal IMO.

Now I'm thinking I would like a Hanaa dna30 too. [emoji23] The group buy price is right.

Happy Labor Day!

Wow, the kayfun looks like it might be promising. Going to try and find some reviews on it

Thanks for the suggestions! Never heard of vape95 but will definitely consider those for sure.

You can buy the Kayfun 17mm only ... One issue though, whether you fill from the top or the fill port, about 2.5mls of elquid gets trapped in the upper part of the tank and it will not come down. The tolerances are too tight ... the threads for the upper tank are so thick that there is no space between the threads and the chimney, so all the liquid gets stuck. That is too bad because the 17mm Kayfun is otherwise a nice vape.
I tried what I suggested in my comments about the Ivogo 17mm Kayfun. Use the clear tank section and top tank section upside down. Not reversed end for end but with the top cap threads (of the metal section) at the base and the base threads (of the clear section) at the top cap. Since the two sections aren't of equal length, this moves the joint between them away from the chamber and instead its now at the chimney. Just a small amount but enough that liquid can flow between sections where before the joint was at the chamber and the clearance just wasn't enough. You just have to turn your mod upside down to see how much e-liquid you have left. Not an ideal solution but a workable one.

Gang I need some advice, I've been running my Fogger off a Vamo V5 and it's really limiting me on builds because I can't go lower them 1.5 ohms. I'm stuck with big, long coils with small 32 ga which is flimsy and hard for me to work with. Would the Hanna DNA 30 be a good choice for a step up? It will accept a .5 ohm coil, I rather not go to an unregulated mod and I have no desire to sub ohm.

Thanks! :)

It should be better.
I had a similar issue with the fogger as it is designed for duals but I hate big mods so I tend to use drippers in 500 mode on mecs but the size of the fogger made me use 350 so the limit on ohms with dual coils didin't work for me and trade it.

you could try using a single coil and plug the unused airhole, that could improve your performance on your ohm range

I have the foggers, and think they work great at 0.5ohms, I do use a mech, so am vaping around 27-28 watts, so I would say a DNA30 is a good choice, as long as you are sure you do not decide you want to go any lower resistance, I have nearly jumped on one of the 30 watt mods, but decided against it because I am close to maxing that with a mech anyway, now if I can get a 50watt dual 18650 that will fire down to 0.2ohms for a really good price, then I would jump on one.

I think so .. The first 26650 Stingray X I reviewed has a powder coated logo on the switch, and it has held up perfectly even as the copper plating has not. I was surprised and slightly impressed especially since the mod is always sitting on the logo.

Ooh, I have to find this for Doris. I know that she was looking into the Pontus which would have a slightly higher price point. The Big dripper looks more dripper-ish, as I think the Pontus looks more like a Aerotank.

You definitely chose right with EMS over Singapore post ... In fact, don't ever use Sing Post unless there are no other options.

I will do that .. Its utterly frustrating to have an entire 2.5mls of eliquid trapped in the upper tank. This tank a 3.5ml capacity, but only 1ml useable if the tank is assembled the way it was intended. This is a real bummer because I would otherwise be raving about the iVOGO Baby because the vape is great, and the mods hits really well, and switch is a joy to use.

Don't know how iVOGO missed that the steel tanks threads are too thick and don't allow enough clearance for eliquid to pass, as its every evident to the eye. I actually used to set my Taifun up in the manner that you suggested. Not out of necessity though, just because I liked the change in look.

Yes, it would be a great choice being that it fires down to .3 ohms. I really enjoy using my DNA30, and you will like how it handles way more than the Vamo lightsaber.
