Glad I didn't know those things existed or I would have bought one. While down here we only have a couple of weeks where they need warming, it does happen.
I use a cheaper multi purpose approach. Get a medium sized cat carrier, take off the door and place it on an elevated area under some kind of roof, awning, overhang, carport, etc. Get a cheap electric heating pad and wrap it in a cheap towel. That gets them used to the cat carrier so when Vet time comes you can put the door on it and slam it shut when they least expect it.
