We have a Focalecig account and have 'actually' made 6 orders with ongoing positive experiences. They have some great deals and "Group Buy" sales that IMO are some of the best on the planet. The company deserves to be defined righteously.
Their customer service is quick and courteous with all concerns addressed in less than a day. Go to Focalecig/Help/Contact us > sales@--
Tracking was provided for all orders and the # can be obtained in your account > View orders.
3 of these orders have arrived on time and unscathed with an average delivery time (to rural Vancouver Island) of (27 SingP + 13 HKP + 32 SwissP) = an acceptable 24 day average. SwissP indeed slower but they did get my K101 kit (batteries) out during the November shipping dust up. Focalecig chooses which shipper is best at the time.
3 other orders are in transit. The last two orders, Dec 15 and 27 were Panasonic 18650 batteries and were shipped out MalaysiaP. A 2 battery per order policy stood as of mid December.

All in all good experiences, similar to fasttech.
The selection and forums at fasttech are bigger yes, but Focalecig has some great deal$ and is well worth a bookmark.

Your experiences may vary.

Nikkita6 - you must have missed all the BS print on preperation/Shipping/etc. at ChinaBuye.
I used ChinaBuye several times, purchasing starter kits for new Vapers. Knew from the get go that there would be delays. Unfortunately each order took progressively longer, with most of the lost time in Processing.
Also a little known fact - ChinaBuye is only one store front for a company that has at least 6 faces. Deception through Diversity.

I hold no feelings either way over anyone shopping where they please and only occasionally suggest a Vender when I know they have an item someone needs.

I am surprised however that you say you are only offering an alternative. What I have read of this thread points to paragraph after paragraph of justification and explanation. Even a few rude battles seem to have broken out.

Since I am pretty old, have enough gear to outlast my lifetime and only started reading this thread out of curiosity I will politely exit and everyone can continue on topic.

Always good to have extra suppliers in your bookmarks.........just in case.:)

Have a Great 2014 Everyone!:thumb:
Happy New Year to all - gotta be midnight somewhere:party:

I can't completely disagree with you there, but here's what ... I started the thread to introduce a new vendor to those who may not have been aware of them, and shared what I did know thus far about this company, for the benefit of anyone who may consider ordering, as well as those who may already have some experience with this vendor, and are willing to share what their experience had been.

I did not however start this thread so that it could be filled with comments of personal skepticism, which ARE NOT substantiated by direct experience with the vendor. I feel that comments of this nature are not fair to the vendor, nor it is fair to those who are otherwise interested, yet not familiar with this particular vendor as "personal opinions" even when not substantiated by direct experience, are often times still very influential, and misleading, most especially to those who are unfamiliar with ordering from overseas.

I deal in truth, and facts ... and I am only interested in the truth, and facts with regards to this vendor. Personal opinions unaccompanied by an actual experience with this vendor are NOT informative, they are speculative, and in reality does nothing to genuinely satisfy, or fulfill the objective of this thread.

Your perception of "justifications, and explanations" is accurate, and for which I make no apologies, as it is not unusual for these to follow criticism, and skepticism, and I will continue to answer opinions with facts ... As far as "rude battles" (plural), there was only one, and he lost on the strength of truth, and facts. Negativity begets negativity, and I live by creed "don't start none, and there will be none".

Now with all this being said, I would simply like to remain focused on the original objective of this thread, which is to inform and share direct experiences with regard to this particular vendor.

A warm Happy New Years to all!

Thank you again BuddJohnson, as this is exactly the kind of information, and affirmation I had hoped this thread would garner ... Even as this vendor was new to me, I had hoped that there would be someone who had ordered, and received from Focalecig, and could offer us the benefit of their experience.

They do seem to run some really good promotions, and although I have heard of the "group buys", and I still not sure exactly how that particular promotion works ... And I wish they had run that super Protank promotion back when I was buying them left and right, lol. Now I am all about large rebuildables, and mech mods.

Well, all my orders are listed as packed on the 28th and shipped on the 30th, so hopefully I can track them tomorrow! And forget about them for two months.

That's my attitude about it ... although come next week that may all change, and I'll be checking the tracking# twice a day like any normal vape addict would do

I was doing that right up to the day I left on holidays - only one package had come, on Christmas Eve, and now my landlord is telling me I've got a ton of stuff that arrived, and I've got more scheduled to arrive before I get back!

I've said it a million times before on this forum, and I will say it again ...VAPE MAILLLLLLLLLLLL IS ZA BEST! Rec'd some today, which I had to nearly beat the mail man for as he drove off with it, and after chasing him down and kindly asking him to double check his truck, he refused .. I called the post office (because tracking said out for delivery), the PO supv then tracked him down, made him search his truck, turns out he DID in fact have it, and he was back at my door within 10 minutes, humble and apologetic, and Nikki was a very happy girl. :D

I will be super happy when I get my Caravela and Kraken from Focalecig ... I already have my happy dance choreographed for the occasion :rickroll:

Interesting on the shipping method "They" chose. Took 6 days to ship, everything said 3 to 7, but it looks like from the tracking number they used ePpacket China post. LN*********CN That is the same type number I got from FT for ePacket, which from what I read FT will not ship EGO's that way, which is why from them for my test I chose SG. I have read of some that chose ePacket and FT switched them to SG instead. Will be interesting to see if it makes it through with the 2 EGO batteres in there.

Its funny you mention this Burnie as I just realized this yesterday as well .. I've had my tracking # since Monday but it didn't click until now. Actually I am happy about that because it seems that epackets move faster than Singapore Post. Not sure about the EGo batts and epackets though ...

I am getting more excited about receiving my Caravela because I know that it is a different version than the FT version, which some people have minor complaints about. The Focalecig Caravela has an insulated bottom cap, and extra firing pins, which is great! .. and also why I chose to order from Focalecig instead of FT.

I was reading FT forums today and some were complaining about not being able to flush mount their tops caps with button top 18350 batteries, which having different size firing pins could rectify. Also there is concern about the possibility of auto firing batteries that have minimal shrink wrap on the bottom because the FT bottom caps don't have an insulator in them ... so it appears I made the right choice in ordering my Caravela from Focal, but of course I need to have it in hand to see if this proves to be true. Fingers crossed!

Some new finds on Focalecig ... They have the Taifun GS, Atom by APV Mods, Avenger Mod in brushed stainless finish, and finally the one that has me itching is the Astro w/ polished SS top and bottom caps instead of the brass caps that FT has .... I am loving the look of the Astro with all stainless finishing, which makes it look more refined than the brass cap version.

Ughh .. the temptation, and the 10% coupon code FOCALECIGSHARING is still in effect too.

FOCALECIGSHARING Didn't work for me tonight. I was going to place a small order to try them out (just a 18350 mod and a clearo) When I got done I realized I only got charged $1.50. Then I got an email from Doris telling me the code won't work on promo items.. I really only expected to get 10 off the non promo Mod.. Over the past 7 months I've had very good luck dealing with Fast Tech. They might be a little slow sometimes but they are dependable.

Getting those little 1.4 mm and smaller screws is not that easy. Online, you need to get large quantities. Ace Hardware stores generally carry small screws, but they are slot heads. Wish I could find some with Allen heads or Phillips cross heads. A Cobra I have has them and they are easy to work with.

Good luck with your Kraken. 2/3 I got from the other Chinese retailer had to go back. One had a short thread. How that ever got through any QC is beyond me since it is painfully visible. The other had an internal short. There is a fix for that, but it's a pain to do. Why bother when I can claim a defect. They are on the way back now. Odd, since the finish on these is pretty good.

The third vapes like a beast.

Try a radio control shop, they usually have these screws in smaller quantities. I should know cause I have a lot of r/c trucks. Best part is most of them stock those sizes in SS and different heads

I have been waiting since 22 Nov for several orders from Focale and Wallbuys via Swiss Post and Sweden Post, and still no delivery yet (35 days later)..Focale's CS does not respond and U must contact their partner/owner Wallbuys who also do not respond usually but do on a rare occasion with the standard "in transit" reply....as frustrating as FT is, I will never use Focale or Wallbuys again...as bad as FT's CS is , at least FT's CS does respond eventually and also their forums staff does help with order support..and Wallbuys and Focale both have limited supplies and are same priced as FT, and has the same shipping problems and tracking as FT..

and yes, Focale does ship all batteries via Swiss and Sweden Post, but receiving them may be a different story...also Focale and Wallbuys takes 5 business days to ship an order, so I am nearing my 45 day paypal dispute deadline and just opened up a dispute this morning regarding these 2 sites and orders..'

FT is using Malaysia Post with some success for 18650's, along with the costly DHL...ego batts are easily shipped via USPS epacket via China Post, USPS First Class, and Registered Airmail Singapore Post..epacket being the fastest of all, followed by Registered Airmail Singapore Post, and USPS being the worse..

I'm not a great fan of FT (but do buy from them after learning the ins and outs of their ways over the past year) but I can honestly say they are heads and shoulders in ever possible way above these Focale and Wallbuys sites..these 2 sites are cheap imitations of FT with no regard for the customer once an item is purchased..

I gotta disagree with you on the ft customer service part... I have had nothing but great experiences with them, they are fast (considering how many orders they must handle) and they pretty much do everything to please a costumer... I have had 2 replacements shipped without problems... 2 bottles of liquid and spares for a broken mod and i also got a refund for a bolt mod that was lost in the mail
