Focalecig ... A new Fasttech??

Well, Eleven lost a lot of potential new customers over the SqR. Most said they were never ordering from FC again.

Man, I hate to tell you guys this because it really was a pain, but you need to try a vertical coil in the Rose. It was already my favorite atty, but this flavor is unbelievable. And it really opens up the airflow.

Now I'm going to have to put one in my other Rose

Still don't have my Stingray HOWEVER I think I need to point out it's not shipping on Focalecig's part, it's Customs between Canada and the US that have caused 6 business days of delay. My hope is they have more items placed in their US warehouse as shipping was quick and the prices were awesome. I think I'll be a returning customer to these guys.

Maybe my mistake was dealing with Eleven. I mistakenly thought I was supposed to email her for customer service issues.

I believe that is the "proper" procedure. However, I'm a rebel, born to break the rules.

Thankfully, all my stuff has been good. But if I ever had to, I would probably email the poor misguided child first, then do the cry face with Doris. Doris is awesome. She even helped me with and FT problem! (yeah, I was so desperate that I went crying to Doris. )

Just got today's reply for my issue. I too decided to follow the rules and contact eleven first.

Here's the email I sent:

This involves 2 orders: Qxxx and Qyyy

The package with the gold and grey sleeves instead contained a gold and a black sleeve. Since the black duplicates the black in the other order I really want the grey one.

The package with the Zero and the additional black sleeve came with a smooth black sleeve and not one with a carbon fiber texture like the product picture. I'd prefer the textured carbon fiber sleeve.

The orders were for Zero and black sleeve and the other for gold and grey sleeves.
I received 2 replies explaining about carbon fiber black sleeve vs shiny black and nothing said about receiving a 2nd black in place of the grey I ordered. Granted I understand that English isn't her native language but I really shouldn't need to go to Doris over something simple like this. You look at the order(s) referenced, read the email and fix the customers problem. Of course informing me about the black sleeve issue to my PayPal account email address instead of the email address of my focalecig account which shows my purchases didn't help because I can't PayPal account emailaddress. I assume they explained the situation and offered cancel or exchange (my assumption since I never saw the email).

Looks like fasttech's specially marked Authentic/OEM Aqua V2 is now on Ebay being sold as a Limwell 1:1 clone, and shipping from New York of all places Aqua V2 Both RBA RDA 22mm Pre Order SHIPS12 08 True 1 1 Clone by Limwell RTA | eBay

As some of you may know, dear fasttech Sufie made a public statement on Saturday to say that the little Triangle appearing on the Aqua box is their special mark that they asked the manufacturer to place on the packaging for them

" In order to avoid legal issues, we have asked the manufacturer to print something different on its packaging box, that is the triangle mark on its top left corner, which the authentic one doesn't have.

After further reflection, we decided to change the product title from "authentic" to "OEM" which better suits the actual product. "

You may now return to your regularly scheduled programming, smdh ...

Only about a week and a half from Georgia which isn't too bad IMO. And from what I read on your reviews for the SXK Stingray X....she's gonna be worth it

He did. He wrapped both coils at the same time with a single wire on one mandrel, with a loop in between. Then he bent it so that it would look like what's pictured. The loop is under the negative screw (he only used one) and the tails went into the positive post hole (where the knurling is). I guess you'd have to reverse direction on the wraps to get the tails to end up where they do (?). Dunno. That was new to me. Oh, and he had screwdrivers inside the coils the hole time he was tightening it up. Then he spent about 20 minutes fiddling with the coils to get them even. Wow. I thought I was ..... He did short, stumpy wicks - dunno if it was cotton or rayon (I had the sound off, but I don't think this guy talks much anyway). He also has another vid for the same atty with mesh.

FYI - i received my second rose stumpy kit yesterday and either the packaging changed or they switched to a different manufacturer. This one came in a plain white box. Unfortunately, the plastic tank was cracked and the chimney is too thick to fit through the top cap. Looks like i'll have to send another email to Eleven.

I tried to order from focalecig. Well i gotta admit that their after sales is great. They are replaying my emails less than a day or so. Also, im located in asia, they give free shipping for purchase over 10$ damn! They are really doing good work. Better than fastech. Its just bit messy website the last time i visited their website.

You put it around the outside . I am going to rewick today or tomorrow and I'll take pics. The wicking is actually easy.

When you do the coil, put the lower leg in the negative hole. Then it won't short if it touches the airhole.

The machining (based on the photos) looks a lot better. It has a brass 510 pin instead of copper.

Is it better? I hope so since I paid $10 more for it, but until people can get them and compare them, that's hard to say.
