Ok, built the Aqua. First impressions, not quite as hard to build as a couple videos made it out to be. I don't have ginormous fingers, so that probably helps. Am putting it on a Sigelei #20 mech, so went slightly sub ohm. Did a 10/9 wrap with 28ga, dual coils. Came out to 0.7 ohms. Wicked with organic cotton.

So many questions! First of all, not sure but, is this thread mostly to advertise for Focaltech and this 'Doris' person? I mean, it"s fine if that's the purpose. It just seems unclear. Are long time users of Focal saying it's better in all ways, prices, stock, shipping? Personally, I understand the slow China shipping. I mean...it"s coming from China and if you chose Free shipping, well, there is just no priority. What I do NOT like is the fact that they charge you and take your money, even if they don't have the item! I'm guessing ALL places do that. Is there a number to call and speak with 'Doris'? Why? hmm, I'm not sure!
Finally, I SUCK at making coils. I am sooo frustrated. takes me 45 minutes for nada! Oh sure, I wrap it, it looks beautiful but, by the time I put it all together, I've lost my ohms!! ssshh, don"t tell my wife but, I've actually cried.

It's more like sharing of impression about services of FC, and it happens - Doris the one who runs it and main contact for any questions. And as well - if your question not solved - you got auto-mail answer or some strange stuff answered you, but most of the time it's Doris and everything solved. True story!
Prices - one item +$1 other -$1, pretty close to FT prices, but you can get pretty good deals on group buys (like right now on Kayfun). Stock is less then FT for sure. Shipping faster or the same with FT (on there's good days), BUT no unexpected 10-20 days restocking time, no 10 days waiting with "status" packaging for a set 18350 batteries (like they wrapping elephant- alive- with bathroom and food, aha).
Well, about prepay... Its your chose really, at list at FC they tell you real dates, my worse experiences with FC 2 days past due (Saturday and Sunday), Aha, placed order with FT on 20.03 every item shipping next day... aha, eta on coils April 05 + they hold rest of my order, what not fact when happy date comes some other item what now marked like ready will not go to restocking (happen to me).
Building coils. I just build my first one. Wrapping poor thing around screwdriver with tang sticking out, oh i did try hard (you can read few pages before i was screaming for help). N-daaa, thing come out so so so cricket lol, BUT it works
. It's like craft, it's not right and wrong, as far as you like it. But i'm thinking about some device what will make it easier...oh i want to buy time...

No, the purpose of this is not to advertise Focalecig and Doris .. its purpose is resource. A place for customers, and/or potential customers to share their order and product experience, and to ask questions about Focalecig, and the products they carry.
Not sure where you got the impression that they "charge you, and take your money for items they don't have" ... All items advertised are in stock, the exceptions are "Group Buy" promotions, or anything on back order/restocking.
If you are not good with rebuilding, you may want to consider devices that are prebuilt, like Protanks, Aerotanks, T3's, Evods, and the like ... but I am sure with some practice and patience you can get the rebuilding thing down ... there is a learning curve.

Wow, I see Focalecig has decided to sell the infamous Marstech mods without that horrible carto tank, for a lower price.
Not that I'll be buying another, but the mod only is not bad. (Neither it is good). Alas, the tank was a remarkable POS. It leaked on the bottom (I corrected it), then it leaked on the top and i also managed to fix that, but when it mysteriously started to leak THROUGH the glass, it was too much for my antileaking abilities and I just tossed it away.
