In addition to a lower priced 4nine mod, FC also put up the V3 Flip clone... and it priced lower than the brass version just listed by FT.

(Fine) Then another dude said, FT orders from all kinds of different factories in China, and you get whatever they got on hand ( and I think he listed 4 different vendors.) Amazing how much one can learn, only to learn they don't know anything at all. I do wish people would just say, what they know for sure. If this was true, I wouldn't own so many mini novas. That is the long answer. The short answer is-I dunno. And bet u like the short answer better. For me, I really don't care much about factory hype. The most expensive Kayfun 3.1 that I got, is the one that I like the least.

I think its awesome that you are building your own box mod, and I hope that goes well for you
I will pass this on to Doris, but she was already prepared to stock the Hana Modz clone however, there are some new concerns about lawsuits as Hana Modz has already filed a suite against the US Vendor Ilvapes for selling the clone with trademark logo. I think that the filing of a lawsuit is more "strategy" than serious because the suit was filed via a cheap-o internet legal service, not through a retained Patent law attorney... There are some things in life that you shouldn't skimp on, and an Attorney is one of them.
While I clearly have no issues with clones, it might be wise for clone manufacturers to verify which devices have trademarked logos, and not use them. I am sure the Hana clones would sell just fine without the logos.

Yes, the Hana Modz clone would be a good item for Doris to stock. The ones without the logos would be the ones for her to sell as the Hana lawsuit is only about the trademark of the logo. I read a couple of days ago that the website that the lawsuit was against is now selling this clone without the Hana Modz logo. I think the logo that was the basis for the lawsuit in this case was on the hologram stickers on the inside of the mod.
It looks like this Hana Modz without the logo is selling quite well as it seems everyone is waiting on one to be delivered. Most people it seems are wanting the ones without the logo.

Whichever Kayfun Lite, I hope it works ... And for you, and any other Kayfun fans out there, if you love the Kayfun, you're gonna the Squape ... that is a properly machined Squape. Because there were so many issues with the first clone offerings of the Squape, many have strayed away from it, and rightfully so. However, the Squape that I just received works beautifully, and is a slightly better vape than the Kayfun IMO, and I am a Kayfun fan. I am getting a fuller, denser vape from the Squape. But I still give the Taifun an edge over both in terms of flavor.
And as far as your apology, it is accepted of course. The past is the past so long as it remains there ;-) .. Laylel, Cranky, and I are like are Faith, Hope, and Love ... or the Female version of the Three Stooges, and I not sure which yet

Apologies if this has already been answered, but has anyone received their Stingray from the recent group buy? Mine was shipped May 16, but EUB has no record of my tracking number. I emailed focal to verify the tracking number, but just thought I'd check with other folks in the meantime. Thanks so much!
Unless you paid for tracking there is none. It states that in the description, sorry. Mine not here yet either

I've been using FT for a long time, but lately I am getting rather frustrated with products they list saying 'ship in x days' but when it gets to that day, it goes to restocking and then have no idea even when it will ship, now I am well aware if order from these chinese vendors you've got to prepared to wait, but this seems a new problem with FT, nearly everything I've ordered has had this problem lately.
So I have been looking around to see who else is out there that pretty closely matches FT on products and price, seen Focalecig a few times, are they actually better than FT, or just about the same? How are they on getting things shipped out? Do they offer free shipping? What is the quality of products like?

received the group buy ss stingray today morning (shipped on 05/16): 13 days, it's been quite fast! Singapore post, no tracking.
i haven't received 3 orders yet (shipped on may the 11th, 12th, and 14th, i.e., before than the stingray); i think (but not sure) they had tracking feature. got another ss stingray from FT yesterday, via sing post as well; it was shipped on 05/06: 21 days.
both ss stingrays (FT and FC's group buy) are very similar (but FT's one, that with the drip tip included, was expensive). the only differences are: floating pin is loosy in FT version, while it is hard to move in FC (i don't know which is better); the insulator in FT switch is threaded, the switch is a bit crunchy (but well enough), while i wasn't able to dismount FC switch (can't pull the insulator out), and it is very smooth. i love this switch. threads were fine in both versions (only one thread of each mod needed some attention).
how i'd wish they make a kinda beauty ring to allow working in 18650+kick.. i've just ordered a 18500 battery
got rid of the oil machine taste in the squape at last, thanks to your guidelines (i couldn't try denture cleanser tablet, Drip cat, cos i was a bit lazy to go shop it, but thx, will consider it next time). now i should rinse it a bit further to get rid of certain dish detergent taste, lol.
made my first setup in it (very easy one!), using kanthal ribbon 0.5mm (31awg), 4 wraps over 3mm ekowool; that combination gave me a 1.7ohm resistance in the kayfun, and i was surprised the ohm meter was reading above 3ohms in this one. i tightened the base to the ohm meter a bit close, and the reading started to jump as crazy. "oh, no, i got a 'shorter' one!", i thought. but after screwing the base totally, it read 1.4ohm. now, after vaping, it reads 1.2ohm: i'm afraid i left some hotspots in the coil..
it vapes like a champ, nothing to envy to the kayfun. nikki, your experience says a bit more vapor than kf, and similar flavor. people use to say better flavor (due to shorter chamber) and less vapor (due to less air flow), but i agree with you, maybe because the resistance of my squape coil went a bit low, and/or i found the trick to vent the 510 air holes in the nemmy, or whatever. i'm loving it very very much because of this, and because no leaking at all, the glass tank, and the ability of check and rebuild the setup by a cleaner way than in the kf (not having to drain the juice, etc) =)))
amazing your video, people has said everything about it. much art in it (music, colors, shapes... i'd wish to see the decoration of your house, the vapeporn is great, but the places where you had put it are superior.

Watched Nikki's latest video last night, that is some awesome work and awesome looking mods, but think I'll be able to hold myself back on the curtains and flowers though
Luckily right now I have no funds, so just window shopping for the time being
Well I just received my SS Stingray today, and mine was shipped on the 3rd of May (ordered prior to Group Buy, but its the same mod), so don't panic. This is the longest I have EVER waited for a FC shipment, and its not their fault ... this is 100% Epacket and USPS.
If you makes you feel better, mine is PERFECT IN EVERY WAY, and it must be an Infinite SR because all pieces are identical to, and interchangeable with my Infinite brass SR that was purchased here in the States back in March. The thread pitch, tubes, top cap and switch are buttery, silky smooth just like my brass, and the seams between tubes are near invisible .. I'm Happy

Just got my SS Stingray too!
You received yours much faster though, mine shipped May 3rd, so 26 days I guess there is a first time for everything, but that is more than twice as long as it normally takes. But damn, at least is was really good when it showed up! Same with the Squape I did have a similar experience when first building my Squape ... it initially metered at 1.9 ohms which is much higher than I like (prefer 1.2-1.5 max) but after I clipped the excess wire, wicked it, and filled, the ohms dropped to 1.4, and has remained there since, and I have already rewicked it, and refilled three times. I can't wait to put some of my new juice in it, I just mixed up capn crunch berries, and snickers
And thank you for your thoughts about my video, and home. I'm a Libra, so beauty and the "shape" of things is important to me. The idea to use more of my home actually came from the feedback I received from some people on the last video. I have a lot of paintings, sculptures, and other artwork, so that has become useful to me in the making of these vids.

Scandel called it right, this is a thread of total enablers .. window shopping is better than impulse buying, because when you finally have the funds to make a purchase, you are more likely to chose right, at least that has been my experience.
I paid the extra $2 for tracking, but the EUB/ePacket site doesn't have a record of my tracking number. I'm sure it will get here eventually, but I'd like to be able to track it since I paid extra to do so. Glad other folks are receiving theirs
